cheap, good location
only one shower per floor
We went to the breakfast room where there were no seats for us and the staff were very ignorant. We were ignored as if we were not there. I asked for toast for the children to take to our room and the waitress just nodded with a dirty look and said how many. We were disappointed with this service and the way the staff were so ignorant. We had to upgrade on the train so the children could have a decent breakfast.
I was very satisfied with everything about the hotel. Room was clean and comfy and had everything needed for my short stay. Breakfast was very good as was the service, reception staff were helpful and friendly. If in London again I would quite happily stay there again.
Had no complaints at all
Clean room and quiet too. Free WiFi. Polite staff and a nice breakfast.
Bed too small for a double, not very comfortable. Breakfast canteen too small with people queuing up for too long!
Great location lovely room quiet and nice breakfast and nice staff would recommend and would stay again
Breakfast included Clean Location Friendly Cheap
Bed is way too small for two adults Bed is hard as a rock No/not enough emergency exit You can hear the neighbors
Location - was right outside St Pancras/Kings Cross Breakfast was tasty!
Staff maybe not overly polite. Shared bathroom. Sink in the bedroom.
Great location near St Pancras. Also seemed very clean (room, shower and toilet).
Nothing. Perfectly satisfactory.
Modest hotel (ca. 7 minutes walk from St. Pancras / KingsCross station) for a modest price (compared to similar hotels in London). Rather quiet rooms; room 201 facing the street and a little park was (even with opened window) very quiet. Room is small but has it all (nice shower, toilet, internet, small desk and chair and a good bed). English breakfast; good enough to keep you going.
Location is excellent for St Pancras bed is comfy and clean
bathroom is very small street noise is to be expected
Prime location at an affordable price. No frills but it was clean comfortable and totally served its purpose of being a central location. A 3 mins walk from Kings cross, no traffic noise at all. Very good boutique hotel.
The rooms were small, but for the price...it was still good. No complaints.
+ good breakfast + nice staff in breakfast room + great location next to King's Cross station
- staff in reception was not so nice
Within easy reach to the Eurostar, close to other London attractions such a the British Museum. Staff were friendly and though the hotel is fairly basic it was adequate and cheapest in that area.
Being Saturday night there were people making noise in the park until the early hours of the morning. Breakfast, though full English, was poor quality.
Neat and tidy rooms and shared spaces. Quiet guests. Efficient and helpful staff. Great location. Would stay again.
Couldn't figure out the hot water for the showers. Street noise very loud (room 303).
Very clean with tea & coffee making facilities
Wi-fi was great Cooked breakfast was simple but effective
It's opposite a park so heard drunks till 4.20am screaming and shouting and normally nothing bothers me but this really did so I didn't have a good nights sleep at all. Also found a used razor blade head under the chair. I would not go back as my experience was not good which was a shame.
Excellent location. Clean room. The hotel provides good value for many.
The room equipment a little bit worn.
Very conviniently located. Quiet. A good hotel for a weekend in London.
Comfortable and warm Quiet location English breakfast included Great location Clean and neat - no shabby
Bed was a *little* soft
It is 100 metres from Kings Cross/St Pancrass International railway stations
3 flights of very steep stairs with heavy luggage. No telephone in room, shared showers, shared toilets
They're not helpfull at all Vary small breakfat room
We could store our luggage prior to our departure
Tea tray took up a lot of the available room
2 minute walk from Kings Cross/St.Pancras.Lots of fast food and coffee establishments in the immediate area of the Stations and Argyle Street.Full English breakfast served by charming, polite young ladies(Eastern European).A Portable fan in the room which is quite unusual in my experience of English Hotels.I Would without doubt stay again.
Nothing springs to mind. All was in order.
bed a little on small side and a bit hard
The Hotel is nice and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It did the job we wanted it too. We chose this hotel as it is close to St Pancras station and we had an early train to Paris. It is literally a two minute walk to the station.
The breakfast was on the small side and was dripping in fat. You can only have what you're given. One person (not from our party) asked if there was an alternative to beans and was told "no". All you get is Bacon, sausage, egg and beans. A choice would have been nice.
