Staff were pleasant room was clean and comfortable. Slept well as was very quiet. Excellent location. Breakfast fine
Nothing, everything was fine
Only coffee whitener was available to go with cereal provided for early breakfast. Room small
very narrow bed.. it was like sleeping on the beem..-
Location across the road from St Pancras is great There are a few restaurants nearby including Nandos, BK, Mc D, an Italian or two, and a couple of pubs Free WIFI Breakfast included Family rooms are fair sized Staff seem friendly
None-family rooms (double rooms) are quite pokey and small Decor is very "old-skool" and faded Breakfast room only has 4 tables, so timing getting to the breakfast room is key
Very basic but totally enough for our needs, a one night stay for business purposes. Conveniently located near metro in the centre. Good English breakfast.
At first, the shower didn't get hot. Then all of a sudden it did, no clue what I did wrong.
Close to King's Cross, everything was celan. Great WiFi. Sink in the room. Comfortable bed, great heating.
Everything was okay.
Staff very efficient, and courteous, Breakfast was absolutely delightful,,, Room was a great value for my money, and very neat, clean and tidy,,,
Last night we stayed our rest was disturbed by drunken, and noisy people out in the street in front of the premises ,
Noisy in the square - voices in the square can be heard very clearly on second floor in the middle of the night. Not a very wide bed for two not very large people Top sheet on bed very tight and small To queue for breakfast at 8.10 - 5 tables with mainly 3 chairs Breakfast: very mediocre - one cup of tasteless coffee, two lightly toasted slices of white bread, cheap jam and butter, one slice of bacon and baked beans, one egg.
Easy to access to King Cross tube with many shops nearby.
No lift to reach 3rd floor where all shared bathroom units located, narrow staircase, only 1 shared toilet. 2 shared bathrooms but 1 of them can only be used between 8am till 9.30 pm.
Near stations, buses.Easy access to sone good spots in London. A well-run hotel, and considerate customers and staff. Great place for overnight stop before using St.Pancras.
Smallish rooms-but at that price and in fairly central London...
Sink in shower room too small and not very clean.
The location and the staff were friendly
The beds were very poor the toilet and the shower was like a cupboard and we had no hand towels the bath towels were like the size of hand towels. Would probably not go back unless they change the beds. One of the draw fronts came off when we arrived to put our stuff in.
location, breakfast staff ; fact that there was tea making facilities ! ((but what about those wee individual milks cartons) ; ok for one night stay and relatively good value .
layer of dust on saucer and cup in room , powdered ! milk substitute .!
location friendly staff and service
rooms and bathroom on the small side but ok for short break and
It was an easy walk to Kings Cross station, especially with a large suitcase. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast was full English and very well presented and tasty. The staff were helpful. Eduardo on reception was very accommodating and always had a smile and even provided a small jug of milk for my tea. Superb value for money. Would certainly stop there again and recommend to friends. Thanks
Absolutely nothing to dislike
Space arrangement, lack of lifts.
I just wanted an overnight bed with en-suite shower/toilet before catching the 05:40 EuroStar to Paris. Meridiana delivered that perfectly and at a very modest cost. Thank you.
Comfortable beds, quiet place, copious breakfast
Too small rooms and steep stairs ( problem for older and disable peopíe)
location,value for money
spring loaded doors slamming shut at al hours.
The breakfast was good
Room was tiny
Great location. Great breakfast available at St Pancras Station
Very poor quality breakfast poorly cooked and limited choice
a little noise and old furniture (but clean)
Very convenient location Excellent breakfast available at St Pancras Station
Large window facing the street with no option of ventilation and security. Poor quality breakfast (instant coffee, no fruit, little choice and over cooked sausage and eggs)
The stairs bed. We're to narrow
