Excellent location for nearby attractions such as Twycross Zoo and Conkers. Friendly staff Nice grounds Basic but very comfortable rooms Excellent food and service Very easy to get too

Carpet on the first floor corridors looked really dirty and gave a poor first impression of the hotel restaurant strangely located right next to entrance making you feel uncomfortable when eating as people entering building giving the impression you were being looked at

The grounds were pretty and hidden away from the road. Comfy beds & very clean.

Staff didn't really give much of a welcome on arrival but did their jobs well. The sofa beds were not very comfortable & the rooms were too warm which made it difficult for all of us to sleep well. We didn't eat at the hotel because we felt the breakfast was quite expensive. We were unable to log into the free wifi.

that there was good facilities in the hotel and that the location was so near drayton manor

single beds in a family room we were expecting a double bed, not enough towels in the rooms, only one large and one small bearing in mind was a family room

The staff were friendly, VERY helpful, and seemed to enjoy working together, all of which made for a very good experience over the full week-end. The grounds were excellent and well maintained

Room seemed small and too warm, even with window opened as much as possible.

    Location fairly good

Wifi awful given codes for 24 hours at a time even though there longer. They kept logging out and had to get more codes. Rooms like a motel no character chocked is a best western! Breakfast like feeding time at a cattle market aiming at groupon deals and families forget business travellers who use them 365 days a year. accomadation expensive for what services you get had a phone taken from room no joy from receptionists

Staff were extremely helpful and went that little bit extra to help us out

The temperature in room was unreal. Could of done with air con. Breakfast jumped up in price in the morning as we hadn't booked it. Also thought the price of breakfast was expensive but then again the room was cheap....

Very easy to find, easy parking and friendly accommodating staff. The room and bathroom were spotless.

The room was a bit too warm as it had been a hot day and there was no temperature control other than an open window.

Nice big room, helpful staff- I asked for early check in only the night before and there were no issues with the late notice etc. Great location for Appleby Magna, it's a lovely walk in!

Bathroom sink drain was a little bit smelly. But I guess the summer heat doesn't help!

The price, location, free wi-fi. I did a thorough search (I am a travel agent). Booking.com had the best price...

Bed was a bit "tired". Radiator in room but no air-con. Could be an issue in July / August (apparently you can ask Reception for a fan, but they don't advertise this fact).

Unfortunately having only 1 window meant that the room was mega hot with no breeze. We did sleep well though but was uncomfortably hot when in gge room which made dressing up in my party dress for a wedding a rather sweaty and sticky affair!

Good location with excellent road links, lots of secure parking, easy to find.Bar and restaurant on site.

Stuffy rooms, not very comfortable beds with mattress protectors which were uncomfortable and duvets too heavy for summer.
