The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. I liked the fact that our door could be locked from inside unlike another place we stayed at which had me having to sleep against the door on the floor as several times the door was tried. It was also nice to have a cooked breakfast if we chose to. The staff were very friendly and hejpful. A good all round service

Staff were very friendly and helpful The spare (3rd) bed in the room was short. Although booked for a child my son is 14 and like many children nowadays is tall (6ft) therefore a longer foldaway bed would be appreciated

It was a pleasant environment and very convenient for travelling. The staff were helpful and efficient (even under pressure), the food was good and there were plenty of parking spaces. Food and bar prices were very reasonable and compared favourably with the average town or village pub. This is not really a complaint but perhaps the layout of the breakfast buffet could be reconsidered. The hotel was busy and the buffet area became rather congested, particularly where toast was being prepared. The staff performed admirably in the circumstances.

It ticked all the boxs for our visit to Tamworth Castle, to see the Staffordshire Hoard. Decent Breakfast, & the Evening Meal was better than expected. We will use again.

Good value for money. Excellent breakfasts. Difficult to find. Either add ex-Ramada to the marketing (including Booking.com) or get the road signs changed to Aspect from Ramada.

Comfortable hotel with a relatively secure car park. Excellent choice of food for breakfast. The quality of the hotel was spoilt by the grubby and stained carpets in the public areas and corridors.

Breakfast was first class, room was clean and spacious, quiet location, easy to reach. Only one thing that we would coment on, and that is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, and having a south facing room in summer as we dressed for a wedding was just unbearable, to the point I had to step outside the room to continue dressing,

Location is really good. Staff were very rude and abrupt at times and not willing to help. Don't expect a welcoming reception when you arrive, many times when we walked passed reception it was as if we had interupted them and did not looked pleased to see us. At breakfast staff were to quick to clear away plates when we weren't finished. We came down for breakfast only 10 mins early with a young baby, and were told to wait, only to let other people through for breakfast as they had forgotten we were still waiting, and were just as rude and abrupt. Such a shame!

Location was good for our purposes and hotel was clean. Parking was also good. Staff were not friendly or welcoming. The food selection for the evening was very poor and quality was very low. Breakfast buffet food was run of the mill but quality was again very poor. As an example scrambled eggs had hard lumps in. Concerned over the fact fire door by our bedroom was always left open.
