Not very friendly staff, except a girl at the check-in-desk and the other one's at the dinning room. Very noisy rooms, I could not sleep at all. Few space in the room.
Good position. Elevator for upper rooms.
Lack of ventilation in the bathroom. Really small double room. Sheets and duvet (and moquette) with lot of stains and cigarettes burns. The towels were not changed even if we let them noticed the day after (they were used and put on the floor: we found the same-used- folded the bed)
Hard worling staff
Old-problem in passing water in bathroom (shower & sink)-No telephone access to outside-Very poor service in transfering the in ciming callas tp roons .
location is very good, breakfast ,employees are nice and helpful
room siz is very small, breakfast timing
I like homley touch Bcs of owner of that property nd his staff they were v helpful nd friendly
This property must need renovation
I enjoyed my stay a lot. Very plesant.
The location - very close to Earl's Court tube station, meant that I was close to Hyde Park and South Kensington (ideal as I was running in the Royal Parks Half Marathon the next day).
Breakfast was served from 8.30 a.m so, due to an early start, I completely missed out on any food. There was no duvet on the bed. Instead there was a rough textured plain brown blanket - the kind you would expect to find on an army bunk in the 1950s. The doorway to the bathroom was incredibly narrow and you had to put down a deposit of £10 to gain access to the television remote control!
You had to go out into the hallway to change your mind, the building was in very poor cosmetic condition and I'm trying to be kind!
All stuffs are friendly and really kindly to me. The location is good for an traveler. I like Hotel Oliver, I will be here if visit UK again
-Central location - breakfast and all day coffee facilities - most of the staff were friendly
Corridors are very narrow , can barely take one person walking in it The floors in the rooms produce cracking sounds all through the room, could have been noisy if u could have actually had space to walk in the room but there's none ! Having to leave the key at the reception every time you leave and collect it back was very dysfunctional. The receptionist said it's the only way they can "catch" people.
The location was great and I had a room away from the very busy street so I had quiet nights.
The breakfast is not worth mentioning and the staff serving it was unfriendly.
I liked the value for my money & it wasn't far from when I needed to go.
I didn't like havingb to wait for breakfast I feel that the breakfast room is to small for the size of the hotel.
I found the room clean and quiet and the staff efficient.
Location was excellent, staff friendly
Very basic, bathroom very small, it felt like a Travelodge. Thought it was overpriced but I guess your paying for the location
Nice room and modern en suite, very quiet at night, close to earls court tube and bus right outside hotel so handy
Breakfast very basic, and staff found it hard to understand the English language
Shabby, small room, old bathroom, oh and a stained old double mattress lying in the front garden. Breakfast was included but wouldn't dream of eating there.
Everything! Dirty smelly horrible!!
All the hotels near the venue where my meeting was scheduled were booked up. I was glad and relieved to find a hotel nearby within walking distance of where I wanted to go.
I was in a very noisy hot room in the front of this hotel next to the Cromwell Road, so did not get much sleep. Also parking in the limited space adjacent to the hotel was difficult. However, the hotel has its own secure underground parking lot at an extra charge. I didn't use this as I did have free parking elsewhere well away from Cromwell Road, which I used to good effect the following day; collecting my car after the end of my meeting.
room 45 toilet was located to make it unusable.the front was almost against the wall. The hotwater boiler in the breakfast area blew up whilst we were eating a poor breakfast
Staff were very helpful esp front desk
Rooms very smal and dated toilet wouldn't flush
very clean staff were friendly location was good bedroom was quiet - no street noise
room was on small size - basic but well equipped had to give deposit for TV remote no tea & coffee facilities in room - but an all-hours refreshment room on ground level for tea and coffee
Friendly staff..made sure that we were okay and comfortable.
Average breakfast..no cooked stuff. Room was small for the price and was advertised as "executive"! But it was okay!
I stayed here for a week while I was looking for a flat to rent. The location was incredible, just minutes from Earl's Court, coffee shops, grocery store, etc. the room was small but I believe redone recently, and was quite comfortable. The front desk staff were always courteous and helpful. I would stay here again and/or recommend it to friends.
Service Reception staff not welcoming Breakfast Size of room Deposit taken for TV remote
