To be frank I did not like any thing other than the location of the hotel . As I said nothing to be liked in this hotel, the beds were so small ( my room number was 25 ) and I arrived with a heat wave and was unable to stay in the room for a long time since there was no AC. |

It was very affordable for me and my three children especially since London is such an expensive town. It was quaint and comfortable enough for the price. Breakfast is included, which saved us a bunch of money. The staff was very helpful, especially when telling us about where to go to find things. A laundry mat is within walking distance, so is a movie theater and a grocery store. We saw the Transformers movie before it came out in the US. Using the subway will save you tons of money in cab fare. It's easy once you learn how to use it. If this is your first time visiting, do take the red bus sightseeing tour. It's worth it. Then you can take the subway back to everything and see it at your leisure. Madam Tousseauds will take you at least 2-3 hours to get through. It would have been nice if breakfast wasn't the same thing every day. Adding some bagels or sweet breads and different types of cereal would have been nice for a change, but it was still good and it was free. There were only 5 TV channels, but you're sightseeing most of the time anyway, so it didn't much matter. You do have to learn how to use the subway or the buses because cabs are expensive and the hotel is a little ways away from all the major attractions (definitely not within walking distance unless you are used to walking 10-15 miles a day). |

Good value accommodation, parking available outside until 8.00am and close to local restaurants and city centre. Obviously it is a smaller hotel, but perhaps the brakfast room and reception could have been more welcoming. Nice to have an english breakfast option also - but understand that is part of the reason for a good tariff. |

wireless internet in the room, backyard view from the room the room was like a tiny cell; there was no wardrobe; no place for the suitcase; the entrance to the bathroom was 40 cm wide, awfull shower; loads of someone else's hair on the duvet; the walls are cardboard thin, i could hear everything that was going on in the room next to mine, and could not sleep the whole night because it was too loud; the breafast was very lousy, the cheapest possible products, and one has to choose between corn flakes and a boilt egg, apparently one can't have both. |

I thought the room was clean but very small. The staff were depressed and didn't smile. The fact that you must leave the key at the reception before you go out bothered me. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially on the last day when I was allowed to leave the room a little later than normal. Breakfast also good. I will stay there again. A bit of noise from on-going work to the hotel - but I am sure that is just temporary. |

Nothing but the price. But seconds after I saw the hotel entrance I realized why the price is so low. Just close it down. |

I used it as a base for visiting a relative in hospital. Room was too small and heating wouldn't go off. I was moved to another room for my last night which was a double so had more room but I dare not open the window as it was covered in bird droppings and feathers. I realise the outside would be difficult to clean as it was stuck between two walls with very little space for a ladder but the inside was also filthy. |

The location of the hotel is great: it's only about 3 minutes from Earl's Court station on foot, many cheap restaurants and shops are in this distance as well. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean, and all furniture were in a good shape. The staff was kind. For the price we paid Hotel Oliver seems to be a good choise. The porters and waitresses would need to improve their knowledge of English language. The breakfast was OK, however don't expect too much of it, it's not rich. There is no computer to use (altough they provide wi-fi). |

Very close to Earls Court Tube, Decent price, Quiet room on the 4th floor. If all you are planning on doing is sleeping in the hotel, and out exploring all day, then this place is fine. The single room I had wasn't big enough for anything else really, but that is all i wanted it for, so it was ok. It was clean and comfortable and i got a good nights sleep. Lack of English from the breakfast staff. |

The location was conveniently accessible and the price was reasonable. The room was musty, the floor creaked, the bathroom was a tiled closet and the tv had 90 channels of the same program... |

With an excellent central London location, next to Gloucester Road London Underground Station the hotel offers friendly, personalised service and air-conditioned en suite rooms at great-value prices. |
Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
The Kensington Town House, part of the Smart Hotels concept by Shaftesbury Hotels, is now fully air conditioned and has double glazed windows in all the rooms. |
Just 150 metres from Earls Court Tube Station, The Trebovir was fully refurbished in February 2009 and offers air-conditioned en suite rooms with flat-screen TVs at great-value rates. |
