NOT ONE THING IT IS AN AWFUL PLACE TO STAY I WOULD RATHER STAY IN A CARDBOARD BOX
The dirt the bad manners the breakfast the dirty bedspread the dirty carpet
Breakfast offer better than expected (toast, cheese, jam, cereal, boiled egg, juice, coffee and tea)...perhaps we're too pessimistic having visited the room; only 5 mins walk away from tube station
Room in poor condition and not clean; window could not be closed while heating was on; bathroom very small and badly needs renovation
Comfortable bed. Breakfast was included.
Shower was very small. Breakfast was slow.
Close to underground etc
Couldn't work heating in room
Good location for visiting the V & A, and use of Tube from Earls Court.
The friendly staff upon available and throughout our stay. Cups of coffee/tea were available at any time. Kept our luggage stored safely.
Clean, comfy enough bed, convenient for the Earls Court Exhibition Centre, friendly staff.
Noises through thin walls, shower head not adjustable for height and width, breakfast very basic.
Location. I enjoyed the proximity to Earl's Court Station - 7 minutes walk. It was a plus. The staff were courteous and always willing to assist with directions within & outside London.
The bed was too small and made it impossible to have a good night rest. The heating system never worked in my room for reasons unknown to me. The staff kept assuring me that it will work but never did through out my four days stay.
Hotel was clean and good location vas museums were twenty minutes walk or thirty to Harrods.
Single room are sooo tiny you can only swing a small mouse let alone a cat. Rooms are looking tired and do need a make over. Breakfast was average and staff just didn't engage with anyone no smile or good morning! Dirty china was left in TV room all day.
Everything! Our shower was stuck on cold and even when we complained all that could be said was that the repair man had gone home and would be back in morning. We waited around in morning but nobody turned up. Our breakfast was worse than a school pack lunch. My boyfriend and I are vegetarian and when we said we didn't want the only thing available Ham and Egg. They just offered us toast, an old apple and a yogurt. We ended up going to the local supermarket to buy food. The staff answered the phone when we was checking in and out for at least 10 minutes we was stood there waiting for them to finish. Worst hotel we have ever been in!
Nice peapol.very near bus .tube station good break fast
Very samll rooms. And tailet
Hallway leading to rooms very modern feel.
Toilet is very narrow and the door was broken
And to not far from the station, it was comfortable.
My husband was in hospital and this was a good base for me. Hotel was basic but clean and staff were very helpful. Room was a good size, had a triple room as husband and son were with me for varying stages. Lots of wardrobe space and hangers which made a change and lots of space for luggage. Bathroom was good. Room cleaned and beds made every day.
Shower did flood when used though as plughole too small. Breakfast was too early for me at 7.30-8.30. Continental breakfast was included in price, but did not have as was too early. Pillows were a bit flat but beds were comfortable apart from that. Electric sockets were not in a very convenient place, two by the door not near anything.
The hotel was good and is in a very good location.
Not very friendly staff, except a girl at the check-in-desk and the other one's at the dinning room. Very noisy rooms, I could not sleep at all. Few space in the room.
Good position. Elevator for upper rooms.
Lack of ventilation in the bathroom. Really small double room. Sheets and duvet (and moquette) with lot of stains and cigarettes burns. The towels were not changed even if we let them noticed the day after (they were used and put on the floor: we found the same-used- folded the bed)
Hard worling staff
Old-problem in passing water in bathroom (shower & sink)-No telephone access to outside-Very poor service in transfering the in ciming callas tp roons .
location is very good, breakfast ,employees are nice and helpful
room siz is very small, breakfast timing
I like homley touch Bcs of owner of that property nd his staff they were v helpful nd friendly
This property must need renovation
I enjoyed my stay a lot. Very plesant.
The location - very close to Earl's Court tube station, meant that I was close to Hyde Park and South Kensington (ideal as I was running in the Royal Parks Half Marathon the next day).
Breakfast was served from 8.30 a.m so, due to an early start, I completely missed out on any food. There was no duvet on the bed. Instead there was a rough textured plain brown blanket - the kind you would expect to find on an army bunk in the 1950s. The doorway to the bathroom was incredibly narrow and you had to put down a deposit of £10 to gain access to the television remote control!
You had to go out into the hallway to change your mind, the building was in very poor cosmetic condition and I'm trying to be kind!
