Good location near Earls Court tube station Very dirty room, bed bugs, bathroom not clean, no shampoo. The phone did not work, even after I told them the first night. Internet basically did not function, and the desk simply said it was working. Definitely a hotel to avoid.

Everything about the hotel was awful - do not stay at this hotel. The room was disgusting with mould growing around the windows, the tv did not work and everything looked grimey. But that was nothing compared to be woken at 3am to find a rat in my room, yes a rat! I obviously compalined and asked to move rooms and after being told that the hotel was full and other rooms were blocked off because of bed bugs!!!, I finally was shown to another room, where I was then told this room shouldn't have rats, 'you will find out in 5-10mins, they come out by the radiator'.....'would you liek a rat trap?' Obviously by now and also being 6 months pregnant I am not impressed. Worst night of my life. I have since reported them to the Environmental health department.

We arrived early and were able to use the room immediately. The beds slept very fine the underground station is just five minutes away The floor of the room wasn't very clean You have to leave the roomkey at the receptiondesk when you go out. At one time when we walked the whole day trough London, We wanted to recollect our key but we had to wait for 10 minutes before the receptionist returned. When you walkes all day long, you don't want to wait that long.

My room had the radiator on, which you couldnt turn off. It was on full blast too, when I entered the room the window was open, and now i know why. at 4am, I had to open the window fully and use my matress to cover the radiator to stop the heat getting out. Shocking. Never staying here again

There were mice in the room! i know it is value for money and wouldn't complain for the comfort of the room, but waking up in the middle of the night to see a mouse eating my biscuits is way beyond expectations!

It was close to the venue I wanted and was cheap Well it would have been ok if I hadn't stood in the previous occupant's wee when I went to the loo. The room obviously hadn;t been cleaned all that well

Great location. Hotel is on a major road but has old double glazing that doesn't sound proof and also allows drafts of cold air into the room. Shower rose didn't "shower/spray" - just ran water out like a hose. Bed was really dirty and felt itchy (mattress so stained it could be seen through the sheets). I seriously considered not staying but couldn't afford a room somewhere else. Rooms spread over three levels and only a narrow staircase (no lift). Most staff were had a very limited understanding of English. However while the room was far from satisfactory, it is a case of you get what you pay for. Though even if the room was free I wouldn't stay here again.

The price Was in the basement right next to the laundry room which was a pain, had to pass a load of security to check in and they then just gave the key out without checking. Main room light was an office type light which was very bright no mugs in the room only lastic cups which would melt in boiling water and no coffee sachets

The location was good Overall the staff was nice but not very helpful when asked about questions about the city. Something that bothered me a lot was the fact that my boyfriend left his reading glasses in the hotel room after we ckecked out and when I phoned later on in the day to ask if they had found them they said yes, but they told us that they were not going to post them to him by mail (he lives in Brighton) and the best choice was that if we had a friend in London he/she should pick them up for us. I myself work in a hotel and we have never said no to a guest when they have requested us to send them belongings that they have forgotten.

Staff was friendly and tried to give it's best in the poor conditions. Was wery close to Eals' Court Conference center. Sanitary conditions were rather good. Earl's Cours is a very nice area. Rooms are very small and it urgently needs some renovation.

I could sleep there... It was far too warm in the hotel, it looked shebby, poor accomodations and Wifi did'nt work. But as I needed a budget-sleeping place it was ok for that. Not recommandable but clean enough to sleep.
