It should not be classed as a Hotel as it is a small b&b, the en suite is tiny and you bang your head on the walls whilst showering and elbows when your on the wc . the dining room and kitchen are in one, the smell of cooking oil runs through the hotel in a morning. The staff dont seem to understand much english, and clear your plate before you have finished eating, and 3 staff in a tiny kitchen and dining room is very overpowering. Overall dissapointing.

Very good location, very helpful and courteous staff. The hotel is very comfortable, I felt like I was at home. I could get information about transport and sights of the city in tha hall of the hotel. The hotel is located conveniently close to the subway, near a large supermarket Tesco and a new shopping center Westfield, but at night it was quiet in the room. The hotel was very clean, delicious breakfast. I have not noticed some obvious shortcomings. It was hard to get used to that over the area of Hammersmith often flew planes at any time.

On arrival at Hotel Orlando we were warmly greeted by the very friendly owner. Our room/bathroom was clean and a fair size. The beds were made and towells changed daily. The inclusive breakfast was fantastic and the kitchen staff deserve a pat on the back for their efficiency. The hotel is only 20 meters from a bus stop and approx 500 meters from the Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith undergroud stations making it very easy to commute around London. The wi-fi was free and apart from a couple of hiccups worked smoothly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Not a complaint as such but this hotel does not have an elevator so perhaps book a room on a lower level to avoid the stairs.

I have stayed in quite a few hotels in London and I have to say that this is by far my favourite. Great rates per night, a few minutes from Hammersmith tube station, a lovely area in which I felt very safe, particularly travelling alone as a female and walking to at night, very polite and friendly staff, all facilities I had hoped for where available, a lovely full english included, and a lovely single room with ensuite and work desk. Check in time at 12 which was great and check out at 11 which meant not too early a rise especially after a night out! I certainly intend to return to this hotel in the future. Unfortunately there was no elevator, but I was only on the first floor so it didn't cause me too much hassle. The only other thing I was a little unhappy about was the noise of the street outside... the windows were not the best for drowning out the noise but after a long day it didn't keep me from getting sleep!

The room was just suit to us as family. Breakfast was great. Though we were at the basement yet quiet it seems the whole building is sound proof, you cannot hear any noise upstairs, or from the stairs

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and contained everything you need for a vacation: box, table, bedside table, fridge. The bathroom was small but also clean. The breakfast was extensive and with the option to reorder. I recommend, if possible, to take a room facing the back, because the main road is often used by vehicles with horn (at night too). Tube is reachable within 5 minutes, so it is an ideal location for trips in all directions of London. I can really recommend it!

The staff is very friendly. My single room was small and a bit worn down, but I only needed it to crash for one night, so it suited my purpose fine. The hotel is not too far from the center, but it still took longer than I expected to get there. The District tube line was kind of slow. If I stayed for longer, I would want more comfort and newer room.
