Ibis Rotherham  

My room was not the cleanest I've stayed in, the telephone wire was discusting, there were hairs in the bathroom. The corridor outside the bedroom was littered with empty milk sachets & other bits of plastic. The breakfast was £7.50 & was not worth the money. The breads & cereals/yogurts were fine but the cooked selction was poor.

Wifi availability - although many hotels provide this free. The excellent location for my purposes. The friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and help full. Value for money the rooms were larger than expected which was a nice suprice.

Cannot think of anything was a nice break defo use you again.

Pleasant room and comfortable bed.Staff very helpful and the breakfast choice very good and at a reasonable price for what you can have. A real coffee machine too! All in all very good.

A bit out of the way for anyone without their own transport, although their is a bus stop 5/10 min. walk away.

Very clean, modern. Room good size. Bed enormous. Desk for working. Can't complain

I have stayed here many times when visiting family and find the hotel comfortable and the staff friendly and very helpfull

Although near motorway surprisingly quiet

Mattresses were very uncomfortable, plumbing leaves alot to be disired. We had problems with shower, went cold with in seconds of going under it, toilet bowl filled up when flushed (I actually unblocked it after complaining to reception & asking for a toilet brush ) Radiators made clanking noises periodically. Did however receive complimentary breakfast on the day of departure because of these problems

The ease of getting to Family, friends and shops in Rotherham.The excellent value for money and a comfortable , clean room. Would definitely stay there again.

It was easy to find, near supermarkets and diners...Some of the staff were very kind and helpful. One particularly, helped with internet problem in my room....the rooms are so cozy allthough the heating in my friends room didnt work...I Had a nice relaxed stay...and will definetely book again while the prices are so reasonable... :)

The woman on reception when we came in seem really stuck up and not very helpful, the rest of the stall were brilliant..They didnt have sky sports, so I missed my beloved fooball match :(..Apart from that the place is excellent...

The staff and manageress were extremely helpful at all times and couldn't do enough to help anyone in our party whatever the need.The rooms were clean and comfortable and better than expected for a low- price hotel. Yes, it's a budget hotel and lacks the finesse of carpeted foyer etc. but we had nothing to complain about.

Small blip with room allocation (a double that should have been a twin) but swiftly and courteously put right personally by the receptionist. Would welcome an upgrade to more salubrious dining facilities. Currently a bit like a transport cafe unfortunately. Dinner was good, but breakfast always cold and needs better warmers under the cooked items. All in all no major grumbles - the staff made up for everything!
