Very clean.

The Beds were comfortable, Staff Friendly.

The Beer in the bar was off & expensive. The Bathroom was dirty & the sink tap useless & the toilet cistern was loud & took for ever to fill. The fold down seat in the wet room was so dirty I could not use it. Our last night was the worst night we have ever spent in an hotel, There were a lot of barking dogs & noisy children.

Staff gave warm welcome. Beds excellent.

easy access

food was a bit over cooked and bland the bathroom sink stank of drains and i had to put the plug in the sink and shut the door all night the water pressure was very low-not sure why

Excellent location off the M18 and really easy to find.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom coming through the ventilation system, really made my wife and I feel nauseous and it wasn't too good for our 10 month old daughter either.

Our bed had a memory foam topper, so it was lovely and comfortable! The room was clean, spacious (adapted disabled room) and the bathroom was spacious.

Bathroom tap was broken which was awkward but no big deal.

staff and location,reception staff were very good.

bed was not made and the room was not cleaned as weel this time.

In general, poorly trained staff.----- 1. Staff confused about WiFi and high cost.. Never told me about Internet Connection hidden round end of bar- 20 min for £1, found it on leaving! 2. Short measure wine, & expensive, waitress said "if I fill the measure I spill it". She was not aware of the law. 3.Improper cooking.Food (lasagne) hot edges,v. cold in centre- danger to eat it- insufficiently de-frosted.

Having grown up in bramley with my family living local I now live in cyprus I came home for family funeral and chose your hotel because it had all the home cumforts needed as I detailed will book again should I come back from cyprus thanks for excellent service

Nothing to dislike if all hotels world wide cared for client as your company no one could complain

Very reasonable price.

There were no biscuits with the tea/coffee.

Beds were very comfortable am afraid thats all I can say about this hotel...

No hot water at all...Noisy...couple on the same floor was arguing for 2 hours woke us up had to phone desk and security came to see them...doors banging all night we were near the stairs so hurt eveyone coming up and down the stone stairs...we did get a free breakfast because of the disturbed sleep..lucky we were only staying one night.but wouldnt stay here again...we stay in Rotherham quite a lot seeing family...and will use other hotels that we have used in the past...its quite close to Macdonalds and all you heard through the night was youngsters beeping there horns so not a pleasant experience and you have to pay £10 to have the tv broadband etc...which was a deff no no...and no heating in the bathroom..pretty dissapointed

No bath in the rooms shower was good but you hae done a hard days work a bath helps relax better. Breakfast was very expensive for what was on offer processed food out of a microwave and placed out for you for that kind of money I would it to be cooked fresh on the day. I will not be staying at an Ibis again based on the above.

Practicality

Room lacking a little maintennace-damage to tap and tear on wallpaper-note I'm being hyper-critical here as it would stopme coming back- At least 2 main courses not available

Cigarette smoke in corridor outside room (223) Noise from some other residents in nearby rooms shouting and knocking on doors early morning (before 7:30am) Poor service in restaurant when meals ordered, time to come and not all items provided.

Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was good for our purpose. Being on the top floor meant we personally had no disturbances during the night time.

Nothing comes to mind.

The bed was sooo comfy..the staff were great nothing was to much trouble...would stay again..

There's a lot of noise from the motorway if you are on an upper level on that side of the building

Was confortable and we travel with my moehter who as disble they gave us a room with the faciliteis for her and connect to our room what is was fantastic we had a very confortable stay and waht we pay was just right

all you could expect from a budget hotel. large rooms, clean, well located, very polite and friendly staff. plenty of parking space. recommended!!

i could have no complaints for the cost of the stay.
