My room was not the cleanest I've stayed in, the telephone wire was discusting, there were hairs in the bathroom. The corridor outside the bedroom was littered with empty milk sachets & other bits of plastic. The breakfast was £7.50 & was not worth the money. The breads & cereals/yogurts were fine but the cooked selction was poor.

The staff and manageress were extremely helpful at all times and couldn't do enough to help anyone in our party whatever the need.The rooms were clean and comfortable and better than expected for a low- price hotel. Yes, it's a budget hotel and lacks the finesse of carpeted foyer etc. but we had nothing to complain about. Small blip with room allocation (a double that should have been a twin) but swiftly and courteously put right personally by the receptionist. Would welcome an upgrade to more salubrious dining facilities. Currently a bit like a transport cafe unfortunately. Dinner was good, but breakfast always cold and needs better warmers under the cooked items. All in all no major grumbles - the staff made up for everything!

I stayed at the hotel with my partner, my son also stayed with my granddaughter of 8 yrs, from the moment we walked into to the moment we handed our card/key's and walked uot the staff we're really friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean, well equiped and in a perfect location for a family party in Thurcroft. We will be booking up again next year when we return to Thurcroft for a family wedding.

Friendly staff. Great location for getting around South Yorkshire. Stayed in August and room extremely hot. Windows barely open and no fans available. Room not cleaned properly.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Those on duty during breakfast on 29/07/2011 provided an excellent service ensuring that both my son and myself had everything we needed, kept the breakfast area well stocked and very clean and made us feel welcome. The reception staff were very friendly and informative.

STAFF..................there was only one but she was very good, polite helpful courteous made us sandwiches n served drinks...................one night stop over on way to visit friends, perfect. Will definately stay again.............Down side, shower head had hole in so poor and low pressure, receipt on floor under bed from previous customer. Regards, d/s McCarthy.

It was easy to find, near supermarkets and diners...Some of the staff were very kind and helpful. One particularly, helped with internet problem in my room....the rooms are so cozy allthough the heating in my friends room didnt work...I Had a nice relaxed stay...and will definetely book again while the prices are so reasonable... :) The woman on reception when we came in seem really stuck up and not very helpful, the rest of the stall were brilliant..They didnt have sky sports, so I missed my beloved fooball match :(..Apart from that the place is excellent...
