we stay at this hotel regularly as it is close to family whom we visit It was apparent the room had not been cleaned, this was evidenced by the following: paper on floors, ring marks on bedside cabinets, the lack of clean towels in the bathroom and no milk with the coffee and tea making facilities. This is the first time we have experienced this whilst staying at this particular hotel. As the bed had clean linen, we can only assume the cleaning staff were interrupted in their duties. We requested towels and milk from the reception staff and cleaned the room ourselves. As we were only staying for one night, we did not consider it necessary to raise a complaint on this occasion. |

The hotel was easy to find,as we had never been to that part of the country before.The hotel staff were freindly and helpful.The bed was very comfortable. could have done with 2 extra pillows,the television took a long time when turning on and changing channels. |

Clean comfortable room ideal for an overnight stop. Location next to 24 hour drive thro MacDonalds meant it was a little noisy but otherwise nothing. |

Reception / restaurant area. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Swipe door key didn/t work too well - fiddly to to open door. Kettle in room didn;t work, needed to be changed. |

Good location , easy to find , places of historical interest nearby, helpful staff , clean , very large shower cubicle Only one extra pillow , only two very small towels can be noisey in rooms near lift at night, could use more tea /coffee & milk in rooms |

Staff very helpful. Enjoyable stay. Room 118, view from window - overlooked roof top. Roof used as dump for cigarette ends, coke and condoms - not the best view for either couples or families. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel in good position to M18, excess to Morrisons Supermarket and a Family Pub (Sir Jacks). I think the lift was very slow, and usually the staff/chamber maids were using it. The staff should probably have there own lift. |

it was comfortable and i enjoyed the stay it wasnt really the hotel i had a problem with ,it was just that when i booked online i booked for 2 people and i was was quoted a price of 51.50 for breakfast included and was told i wd only get breakfast for one for that price so didnt end up having any as i was told i wd have to pay 57.00 for both of us which i was not willing to pay. |
