The position is superb - just a short wallk to the British Museum and other attractions. Staff were delightful and the food was excellent (we ate breakfast and dinner there) Not really although we would have appreciated a quiet bar on the evening when a very noisy group of young people gathered in the hall prior to their function. We had to sit there for our drink as the bar was full. Having said that I appreciate the fact that the other bar was being renovated so no doubt this problem will soon be resolved. |

The hotel was very accessable. We walked from Euston station with our cases and in the evening we walked to a show in the west end.The open top bus stopped nearby and the tube was round the corner. I would definately stay again. |

The hotel was well situated within easy reach of the tube station. The staff were helpful and the room was very comfortable. The room overlooked the courtyard where the air conditioning fans were sited. Although the air conditioning was welcome the constant drone of the fans proved to be disturbing during the night. |

The room was beautiful, and the hotel is gorgeous. But there was a lot of street noise that was quite distracting. street noise |

Its location, the facilities, although they should have had a fitness centre by now, and the helpfulness of staff. The air conditioning did not function for our last 3 days there, but this presumably was a temporary problem |

clean room and just rennovated so very fresh and new. Room was at back of hotel which was quiet, and air conditioning was effective. Friend staying at front of hotel in single room said it was noisy. |

The room was, although only a single, had all the facilities you would normally associate with a double! The breakfast was good value and available for a long period of time, up until 11.00am. The hoel could not find my reservation easily, and had no reference to my tariff which I had been quoted! |

Good location just opposite Russell Square. Nice breakfast. Decent size room for London. A little bit dated considering it has been refurbished. Small bathroom & unable to hang anything up in the wardrobe as the coathangers didn't fit inside!!! |

Having secured a favourable deal with the internet for a one night stay as a stop over for a train at Euston station I was very pleased with all the facilities. |

The kindness of the staff working in the Concierge, and their helpfulness. Without having warned of it beforehand, one night and till late the noise of an orchestra was horrible. I think it was a marriage, but I believe I had the right not to be worried in such a way. |

Convenience, opulance and splendour! friendly staff, nice food, very comfortable bed, is that 15 words yet? Unclear instructions about checking out and breakfast times in rooms. Could not work air conditioning so very very hot. Noisy traffic. Could not work one of the phones. no local information leaflets. |

The room even though small was very clean with a separate bathroom with a bath and a shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. The room was on the 6 th floor with a pleasant view over the square. You could also open the window which to me is a great thing. If you are a single go for room 613. They should have more information in the room guide as to how the master switch and the taps in the bath work. |

Good location, close proximity to shops and theatres, handy for Euston station, quite pleasant surroundings. Nice looking building from the outside. This hotel advertises itself as an upper four star hotel. It is not an upper four star hotel! Tiny bed, small room, small bathroom, stained carpets, old dated furniture, reminded me of an old peoples home. Poor quality buffet breakfast, limited choice. |
