Sijaintii oli erinomainen. Hotelli oli erilainen, ei tyypillinen skandinaavinen hotelli. Hotellihuoneet olivat aika kolkot hotellin ulkoasuun sekä muihin tiloihin verrattuna. |

Varatessani ainoa vaatimus oli että "erilliset sängyt". Kuitenkin aikuisten miesten olisi pitänyt olla yhden peiton alla. No siitä selvittiin lisää huoneita varaamalla. Ei voisi mielestäni vahvistaa huoneita jos ei pysty vahvistamaan ainoaa vaatimusta. |

vanha hieno hotelli,mutta pienet huoneet Maksu tapahtuna eli respa oli hidas,aamiaiselle sai odottaa yli puoli tuntia jonossa ,vaikka pöydissä tyhjää eli liian vähän salihenkilökuntaa.Valuutan vaihtokurssi oli hotellihistoriani heikon. |

Siisti, tilava huone. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ylitti odotukset Lontoon hotellien osalta. Suihkun vesi oli välillä kiehuvaa ilman säätömahdollisuutta ;-)) |

we ordered a double room but the bed was small for a double seemed more like a 4foot bed. Bed was extremely comfortable though. |

The location couldn't really be any better - within 5 minutes walking distance of Holborn, Covent Garden and Euston. Staff were absolutely charming and the breakfast was fantastic. The bathroom was extremely small. The frosted glass door into the bathroom hadn't been cleaned and had some "interesting" facial and hand prints on it, presumably left by the former occupant. |

It is a beautiful hotel in a lively and historic location. The staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. Will definitely return. |

The hotel has an ideal location for shopping, museums, and the underground station, without it being in the overcrowded centre of London. Our bedroom television had a distinct lack of channels which was disappointing given the abundance of digital channels which are now readily available. |

I was particularly impressed with the location of the Hotel Russell. Check in was smooth and most of the staff were very friendly. The room was a tight fit but very comfortable and luxurious. |

Great location right next to tube but also easy walking distance of west end. Public spaces within hotel retained some of its previous grandeur and our room was of a good standard (we did have one of the refurbished bedrooms) |

The public rooms were elegant, the bed was comfortable, breakfast so-so, though I had difficulty getting any toast. The ordering system seemed chaotic though there were few at breakfast. Reception staff were helpful and efficient. The refurbished room was comfortable. However, the air-conditioning system was broken and the room became hot at night. There was also a problem with the plug on the washbasin. |

I liked the relatively new bathroom, the bed was comfortable, and I liked the cleaning staff that gave us good service. Yes, the consierge was hard to get hold on and I was told to go to the street for a taxi.. The staff was not particularly nice, except the cleening lady. I also found a hair on my pillow (not mine!). I didn´t care for the back-yard view room. The room was much nicer on the pictures. When we got there it wasn´t worth the price, and if I hadn´t booked discount, I would feel bad for paying so much. The discount that I found on the net, saved it. Pillows could have been softer. Paying for breakfast there was no point, since it was two minutes down the street, half the price for food that was fabulous. |

Excellent breakfast. Nice bar and bar staff, only problem was that bar prices were very high. Room was very cramped and hot. The air con was very loud. When window was open the noise from machinery outside kept us awake. |

My name is Boris Arcidiacono. I feel very bad when being charged so much for such a short stay. When speaking to other hotel guests I was given that impression. When I complained, I did not get very far, perhaps someone can convince me why i should ever go back. |

Offered accommodation upgrade, at a cost, but proved worthwhile. Offered inclusive breakfast at a much reduced cost. Accepted offer. Hotel handily located for city and adjacent underground stations. Enjoyed our stay very much. |

The hotel looked really grand from outside and was amazing inside, We were greated with a warm welcome.The room was fantastic, very spacious,and was extremely comfortable. The hotel is in a superb location, very close to Russel Square tube and easy to find. |
