From the moment you arrived to when you went home all the staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast was lovely and there was a vast choice to choose from. It was lovely to sit in the lounge which had xmas decorations in and help yourself with a drink with at the self service bar.
The room had a kingsize bed but it was two beds put together. Some parts of the wallpaper were starting to come off the wall. Part of the curtain had come off the rail so it didn't hang right. There was a window but not much of a view. You had to pay extra money for the breakfast which should be included in the price of the room.
Location is not far for walk to center.
Do not have brushes, slippers, the wifi is not fast enough
Staff, bed, trust, location. All fab. Thanks to all.
On road parking.
Lovely comfy bed, large clean bathroom, lovely staff and a quiet room, best night sleep I've had all year! Very friendly staff, highly recommend
Comfy bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast. Efficient staff.
petty charges i.e. £1 for water. No tissues in the room. Very small room. scrimped on toiletries (the web site we booked through promised white company soaps etc. this wasn't the case.)
Top notch staff very polite and helpful great rooms very comfortable breakfast was top quality definitely recommend to friends.
We stayed in room 4, this was very large and beautiful, it was luxurious with a mixture of old furniture and modern furnishings, very nice indeed. It would have been lovely to have a bath, but the shower was very powerful and not. Towels were large and soft and toiletries were provided.
The breakfast wasn't included in the £110 per night per couple. It was £8.50 each, wide selection of goods available but the cooked breakfast was very disappointing, mushrooms and tomatoes not cooked and eggs over cooked, the second morning we just had a sandwich. We thought at £8.50 this was pricey.
A very comfortable and well equipped bedroom on ground floor as no steps requested; honesty bar; good breakfast. Well placed for all the Bath attractions . Good value for money.
There was no hook in bathroom to hang clothes/dressing gown.
I love the quality of the room as whole. The bed, toilet and other facilities are very well kept and clean. It was only one night stay with my child and we are satisfied with the house. thanks.
Wonderful welcome with an offer of mulled wine and mince pies. Friendly staff Great breakfast Cosy lounge Nice additional touches such as courtesy bar
Room was a little cold as it had a small radiator which was covered by very heavy thick curtains
We stayed here for one night on the 4th of December and arrived before check in time and they still gave us a pass for parking. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Lovely lady. The room was nice and clean and very comfy. We would definitely stay here again.
Having to walk several flights of stairs with a heavy bag and no offer of assistance.
Personal and friendly nothing was too much trouble for staff looked after us wonderfully.
Nothing no issues at all great stay
The location was excellent close to the shops, restaurants and sights. Parking is a major issue in Bath and the guesthouse provided use of a permit which gave 24 hours parking for £8, the alternative was a public car park 5 minutes away. Staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfast was one of the best with homemade items and variations on the usual english fry ups. Would recommend.
I always stay at the Brook hotel, staff are always friendly, location is great
We came as a group of 6 to see the Christmas markets. The guesthouse gave us a very warm welcome with a real Christmas tree, fire and mulled wine in the lounge. Made even more festive with Christmas songs playing in the background. The rooms were well decorated and although we didn't see many 'staff' who we did see were polite and cheerful. Will be coming back in the future - thanks
location was amazing, literally down the road from the Royal Crescent and only 10/15min walk to the center of Bath! was also given a free upgrade which obviously is a lovely surprise
Location not needing car to visit city centre. Cosy , comfortable rooms , bedroom, lounge, though breakfast room bit chilly.
Having to pay extra for breakfast and car parking .
The bed is very comfortable
Fabulous Breakfasts Very Comfortable Beds and Down Quilts Warm and Cosy Loung Area Very convenient to walk into Bath -10mins. Very friendly and helpful Staff

Large family room, excellent shower, very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff.
We were on the ground floor and noticed noise from the room above. However this would not stop us from returning.
Location, friendly staff. Clean.
Room was too cold.
Nice location - 10 minutes walk from city centre. Very Clean Room. Bed really comfortable. Linen/ towels very clean.Staff very pleasant, polite and friendly including cleaning staff. Tea/coffee facilities with adequate supply replenished daily.
