This was a very pleasant stay in a comfortable and clean room, and the balcony overlooked the marina at Wroxham on the River Bure. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bar was comfortable with views overlooking the river. The overall experience is one we'd recommend, and we look forward to returning.
The view from the dining room and the bar is very relaxing fabulouse location to visit Roy's shops the village is a lovely place to visit
The shower is rubbish the toilet doesn't flush properly the hotel needs a complete refit it is very old and tired looking .i was shocked that there isn't a lift not even a service lift motherin-law struggled up the stairs at 88yrs old I was very concerned for her safety shame the hotel has been allowed to deteriate
Good room to rest as we had traveled from Spain for a sad time with our family
excellent staff nothing too much trouble, food, especially breakfast very good we have nothing negative to say about our stay,we have drank in this hotel several times while on holiday on the broads but never stayed we will definitely be returning thank you all for a lovely stay
Location was fanatastic. The staff were great Food was good, especially the breakfasts Very clean and comfortable, thanks to cleaners
Room was plain, dull and outdated A bedroom, bathroom and terrace does not qualify as a suite Overpriced at £90/n B&B in low season, £60/n would be more realstic
location of hotel is good
overbooked room with balcony but were very sorry gave us free bottle of wine and another room half price. hotel just needs an update staff are really friendly.
Location next to the river, but in the heart of Hoveton. Friendly welcoming Reception and breakfast staff The view from the balcony Excellent cooked breakfast
Some of the room furnishings were a little tired. 4ft 6in double beds a bit small by today's standards.

Pillows too hard
Excellent location with great river views from nice, cosy, warm room.
Not a good nights due to being too hot, despite turning off the heating - could do with a lighter tog duvet. Restaurant lacks atmosphere.

Furnishings could be updated to give hotel a smarter appearance
I stayed at this hotel sum years ago and it is still the sam? can do with a coat of paint! and a clean in sum places, the menu you can get a lot better in a pub? but the food was cooked very nice. with this in mind I think that it is over priced??
Contrary to other trip adviser reviews the Wroxham is in a brilliant location offers comfortable accomodation and good food. Don't listen to other trIp advisor and reviews. Clearly they don't know what they are talking about.
Location. On the river. 2 min walk to town. Bar. Decent cooked breakfast. Good view from room. Friendly staff.
Could do with a good update generally. Cereals and fruit could be a lot better at breakfast.
All the staff were very friendly - reception, bar/restaurant and housemaids
The shower was useless
Staff very helpfull
