The property reserve the right to refuse entry on a non-refundable cancellation basis if requested documents are not emailed at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
The credit card used for the booking must be in the lead guest’s name. The lead guest must be over 25 years of age and must be present at check-in.
The property reserve the right to decline party group bookings and have a strict "no party policy".
A security deposit of GBP 800 per apartment will be taken as guarantee against any incidental charges such as smoking, damage within the apartment or communal areas, lost keys or additional cleaning costs. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
The property reserve the right to process further charges to the credit card provided should the incidental charges exceed the pre-authorization amount of GBP 800.
All apartments are strictly non-smoking and a charge of 1 night's stay will be charged for any breach of this clause.
Early check-in between 09:00 and 14:00 will be accommodated where possible.
The lead guest is responsible for conduct of other occupants.
Only persons notified to the property prior to arrival may occupy the apartment. The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds available and this limit may not be exceeded. Should there be a nuisance complaint, guests may be asked to leave immediately without refund of accommodation and security deposit.
Out of respect for other guests and neighbours, loud music after 22:30 is not permitted and any anti-social behaviour of any sort will result in an immediate termination of the stay.
