pub facilities and restaurant were exellent including food acommodation was extremely poor no hot water no heating plus on arrival beer boxes all over hallway as if the staff didnt know anyone was staying

Cleanliness of the room Shared bathroom. Shower not big enough. Bathroom Big for a more spacious shower carbin.

It was reasonable and convinent to visit our friends. Its reasonbly clean. No toiliet or shower in room.

Mir hat gefallen, dass das Hotel ländlich gelegen ist und man Glasgow trotzdem schnell erreichen kann. Auch für meine Weiterreise nach Ardrossan war es eine gute Wahl. Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und aufmerksam. Mein Zimmer und auch das Gemeinschaftsbad waren sehr sauber. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf alle Fälle wieder wählen. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. :-) Am Hotel habe ich nichts auszusetzen!!! Nur habe ich als ortsunkundiger Gast, der prinzipiell nach Karte und nicht mit Navi fährt, meine Schwierigkeiten gehabt, das Hotel zu finden. :-(

The staff and the location The noise fron the bar and outside until 1.30 am Sunday morning but I must say it was all good natured noise.

The 2 staff I met on arrival were friendly and welcoming. Everything else! Hadn't booked me in for the correct day.Was very noisy with a pub quizz clearly audible throughout the evening - heard all the questions and answers; room was freezing; sink was blocked; windows were rotting and decoration around them flaking; curtains couldn't block out the neon flood-light at window; shower room window couldn't be closed - so again cold. No-one to leave the key with in the morning.

Das Zimmer war gross. und hatte Platz Das Badezimmer wurde von allen Gäste benutzt und es war sehr dreckig, Fußboden, Dusche. Es gab einen Frühstück zwischen 11 und 13 Uhr. Wir konnten es nicht in Anspruch nehmen, weil wir weiter fahren mussten. Der Treppenaufgang und der Flur waren nicht gesaugt. Die zimmer waren schlecht eingerichtet aber relativ sauber . Das anliegende Restaurant bzw Pub ebenso Absolut nicht zu empfehelen.
