Clean room. Bottled water. Fruit bowl. Tea & coffee facilities. Great breakfast choice
Parking a little tight
very friendly, very comfortable bed. great food.
Nice package with dinner and a band for New Year
Rooms carpet needed cleaning.
The hotel staff are fantastic. The rooms are big and clean. The bar has a very friendly atmosphere.
The local thug wanting to have a fight with everyone, this needs to be sorted. The wi-fi coverage is poor and need to be updated.
Comfortable bed. Good food and drink. Friendly atmosphere. Good size clean room. Free wifi. Good breakfast.
Helpful and friendly staff. Gr8 breakfast.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent Value for money. Good food. Amazing fresh cooked breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
Mobile phone signal not the best in the bar area.
Comfortable bed, helpful staff.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Felt comfortable as a solo female traveller. Lovely town.
Would have liked to see information about the town itself in the venue, that said I may not have seen it.
wonderfull room, lovely ambiance with the four poster bed and sash windows. far better than a travel lodge. Very good food and value.
Cups and glasses were not fully washed clean, probebly an oversight but still a little off-putting.
Noisy poor food overpriced for what you got !!
The room was very cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous! The location was excellent.
comfortable bed, food, friendly staff, parking.
dissapointed with no entertainment on the day we stayed.
Everything, friendly, clean and very helpfull
The barman, Ian, was very helpful and informative. There was a welcome bowl of fruit. The breakfast was good. Evening meal, gammon steak was huge and tasty.
The rooms were small. The double room had only one stool if you didn't want to sit on the bed, no chairs. Being a pub, and in the town centre, deliveries start before 8am. There are 2 town clocks which chime through the night, (not together!), so if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. The evening meal, beef and ale pie needed the gravy in it thickened. Consequently, the meat was dry.
Great location and food!!!!
Wifi poor in the lounge and non existent in the rooms - should be improved!
Superb food, excellent value for money.
The tapas which we shared as a starter were excellent as were our main courses. Breakfast seemed to be freshly prepared rather than having been made long beforehand. Parking on a Saturday night was very easy and very close to the hotel entrance.
There was a live group playing in the bar which was below our bedroom. It stopped about midnight but the noise then went in for another hour.
Excellent staff who made us very welcome. Room very big, warm, clean and Comfortable. Excellent breakfast to send us on our way. All in all and enjoyable night. We will be back soon.
It was clean and comfortable. I was in the smallest room on the top floor which was excellent value for money. The shower worked as if I was under Niagra Falls!
Good value for money Right in the main street but not noisy at night. Good food in the pub. Good breakfast.
The Head woman demanded my credit card details including the security number, which I had entered into Booking.com already. This made me nervous....so I asked for the form back when I left next morning.
Friendly staff, good quality price with well-maintained rooms and lovely breakfast
You can hear everything from ALL the other rooms
Location to family and the breakfast was delicious.
The window was cracked so it was noisy. Also cobwebs around the room, not a fan of spiders!
Very pleasant and polite staff. Good food. Good room. Good beer. Kept our bicycles safe in cellar.
Good location in center of Brampton. We stayed there as it was a good base for exploring Hadrian's Wall. Basically a pub with good range of drinks and a restaurant with a more adventurous menu than the usual pub fare, including a few Spanish/Mexican dishes. Very friendly staff including a house dog.
The archway into the car park at the back a bit tight to negotiate if not sober. No real negatives.
