the location, the fact that I was upgraded, the style of the hotel and the location..... Not really, thought he cooked breakfast was only warm when it arrived and the living room tv was not tuned in to a station. |

The location was perfect for us. The hotel reception, bar and outside area were very pleasant. As is often the case in London. 5 stars does not means 5 star environment. Once you get past reception and pointed to the lifts you are in any bog standard hotel. The carpets were tired, the bathrooms in the rooms were absolutely not high spec, the smell throughout the hotel was not nice at all and the rooms although spacious were plain and simple with nothing to make it stand out from any business trip type hotel. |

Upon arrival I received a free room upgrade and my partner was very impressed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Also, very close to the lyceum theatre and easy to get to in general. |

It was very convenient to the Circle and District underground lines (right across the street from the Temple stop). We choose this hotel due to the special rate offered on the internet. We requested 2 beds, but they were 2 beds hinged together. We asked to have them separated and the staff complied. |

The overall atmosphere and quality, the view of the Thames, the friendliness of the staff and the comfort the food in the restaurant was quite exotic - I had lunch there after I checked out of the hotel. Very well done and excellent presentation. I am sure most people would love it. However for someone with my simple taste it would help if there were a couple of plainer options on the menu |

The room was fine once we had asked for the very noisy air con to be turned off, The bed was large and comfortable, the coffee maker a nice touch. Good location, rooms quiet and communal areas well furnished. Prices of breakfast - nearly £50 for two.- £3.50 in room for small plastic bottle of water. In 5 star hotel I would expect complimentary water! |

Suitable place to see main London's points of interest only by walking. Unobtrusive staff. Too small room for five stars. They give money from card before staying! Not all TV-channels works. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the outside of the bath was dirty but apart from that I could not fault the hotel. I spent all of my working life in the travel, leisure and hotel industry and did sales in Europe and North America so I have stayed in lots of hotels of international standards, this was one of my favourites. |

There were polite and courteous front desk staff who were professional and excellent in their job and the quality of the superior room/suite was excellent. If you like luxury pay for the mopre expensive rooms as the quality of the double room isn"t up to a 5 star. |

Convenience for the city and the theatre area. The cramp area in the toilet with the toilet paper holder being so close to you whilst on the seat. |

Great view of the London Eye, River etc. The double bed was very hard. English Breakfast was not so good - fried eggs under done, bacon and tomatoes nearly cold. |

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we had tickets to the Globe Theatre an this was only a 5 - 10 drive from the hotel. We were in walking distance of main attractions and could see the London Eye and Westminster from our room (we received an upgrade when checking in, which was a lovely surprise). Temple underground station was on our door step. |

Staff very attentive and helpful. Location is fantastic for exploring central London with the embankment and south bank on your doorstep. The quality of the room was average and definitely not worth paying full rack rate for. |

Ideal for family getaways, this brand new 4 star deluxe hotel is located on the doorstep of the London Eye and is minutes away from many of London’s favourite tourist attractions including Big Ben and... |
Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |

This hotel is officially London's most central. After its multi-million pound refurbishment, every modern convenience is set against magnificent Victorian. |
