Few minutes walk to Kings Cross station Buses very close Good breakfast
Bathroom very small. Nowhere to hang anything so when having a shower towel had to be placed on toilet.
No fuss or frills, clean basic room Great staff. Good breakfast. Excellent location for King's Cross/St Pancras.
Would like tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a hairdryer.
It's close to Central London and just 5 minutes walk from St Pancras International. The staff are helpful and there is 24/7 coverage on entry. Wi-fi connects well and offers three options.
There is brisk turnaround of clients late at night and very early in the morning so don't expect to sleep soundly. Recent update has not improved sound of toilet and shower from adjacent rooms. It's a basic facility but no more. Breakfast was poor cafe style and just about edible. At home I would have put it in the bin.
Price per room Good service from staff..resolved problems 1st time and no arguing! Breakfast included. Gave good directions
Spotty internet Squeaky floors Safe but questionable neighborhood, but had no problems.
No eggs perched or scrambled
quiet location for a city hotel. good value.
breakfast room a little tight for space.
Except beds and no lift , I am satisfied.
I never experienced that kind of unclean bed.
good hot breakfast, excellent location, room (#7) looked out over a park
no wifi, small room, tiny bathroom (I'm 6ft / 183cm tall and had to turn sideways to get through the bathroom door), limited breakfast hours, staff spoke mostly broken English, kitchen staff was a little rude/short, stairwell was very narrow and steep... and no wifi
The location in a quiet Square and close to St Pancras station.
Stairs to rooms on 2nd floor
This is a budget Hotel so don't expect the Hilton!! ,just a few minutes walk from station, easy check in. Rooms compact but fine for one night . Own shower and toilet.Price was great for location.Would stay again if I need to be near Kings cross Station.
A little bit of street noise as only can be expected in London, We had to have our window open as very warm in room so this made it worse, and my friends snoring didn't help , lol .
Location, friendly staff
No tea or coffee in rooms Need to look up when cleaning the bathroom No lift
The location and price were just what we needed - myself and two teenage children on a trip to London. We were 2 minutes from Kings Cross and were able to drop our bags on arrival before setting off to explore London. Again on departure day, we could check out and leave our bags until our evening train from Kings Cross. We had a ground floor room at the rear of the building, which was very quiet and we slept very soundly. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom arrangements were slightly odd, with an unlockable opaque door which my teenage children had great fun with - but if you were staying with someone you were less familiar with you might feel less comfortable about.
Location Very friendly staff
Small room at basement level
The location, close to the train station.
Very very small room, very noisy (an air conditioner outside and the noise of other people walking on the floor).
Location. Good breakfast
Small rooms. Stairs, stairs, stairs, corriedors, stairs, and more stairs.
location was great and plentiful area's to eat.
lack of space at the hotel had to sit on the street to socialize with other travellers.
Pleasant staff, clean, and bed comfortable
Room small but as expected at this price, shower pressure low bu adequate
Staff were nice. Very handy to station. Basic cooked breakfast included.
Shower head terrible, needs replacing. Hard bed, uncomfortable sleep. Lots of noise from inside hotel and also outside. No tea/coffee making facilities in room.
Good honest service. No hidden costs or unpleasant surprises. Would recommend for overnight stay for early morning train departure.
excellent location for central London and railway stations
Staff were friendly and had great local knowledge. Room was clean but small and was in an ideal location for Kings Cross and St Pancras. Great breakfast gave a great start to a day on which we had a long journey.
No tea and coffee making facilities in the room
The location is unbeatable, many tube lines, bus stops and a train station nearby. The breakfast is fresh and sufficient.
No kettle in the room, too soft bed leaning on one side. The staff start cleaning very early, about 9.30, when most of the guests are still in the rooms. As the rooms are very tiny, it`s not possible to do the proper cleaning when the guests are in. That`s why they ask you if you want to have your room being cleaned. If your answer is yes, they ask you what you want them to do etc. I think that taking your rubbish out and making your bed is a minimum standard when you are staying a couple of days, without asking.
Room was really poorly furnished. Beds were really, really uncomfortable, I wouldn’t even call them real beds. It was something only usable for emergency sleeping. The room looked like someone had thrown in some old furniture that no-one wanted on the first place. My goodness, really really bad.
Location + clean room
