First time I had to carry a heavy case up two flights of stairs and down again, I am 78 and found this quite difficult. I found help the second visit. Difficult communicating with some of the kitchen staff through lack of English

The hotel is placed fine. Breakfast was very good and the rooms clean.

That the heating system is broken and never got fixed. We would have loved a change to make tea in the room.

Water tank above us made quite a bit of noise, room door was difficult to lock

You can stand outside the front of the hotel and see Kings Cross station at the end of the road and yet both times I have stayed there the rooms have been very quiet.Very friendly helpful owners/staff fine English breakfast.I will definitely be staying there again and hope too many people do not discover it.

The rooms are a bit basic, but so what, you are not staying in your room all day.

Clean, good location, friendly staff.

No tea making facilaties, no electric sockets, nowhere to hang wet towels, wash basin to small.

No Lift. For older people like myself with a hip replacement there where to many stairs. no one offered to carry my case.

Amazing little find. Its so close to Kings Cross and in such a lovely quiet area - very London! I really find it hard to fault this place for the price.. and the service was IMPECCABLE!!

If you need lifts ask for the first floor :)

The breakfast was good. The hotel is located near the tube and in the centre. Personnel is friendly. Could leave my suitcase behind at the day of my departure. When you are prepared for small this is a very good hotel

Roomservice at 9.30 A.M. knocking at my door. Noise, even with earplugs. Window is only ventilation and right beside the headend of the bed. Left my travel adapter in the outlet and found it wet with bleach or something like that.

Staff was helpful in getting us around.

Very friendly and helpful greeting on arrival. My single room was tiny - but every effort had been made to make the room pleasant and comfortable. Loved the duvet cover! The breakfast was awesome.

Not much really.

Friendly staff. Bright clean room. Small but with a double bed for a single. Clean shower room. Decent shower. Very reasonable price. Perfect location, minutes from tube and King's Cross station but quiet.

Did not bother me personnally but breakfast room is too small for numbers. Families were split and asked to sit at different tables. Nice egg and bacon but coffee extremely weak - just like coloured water - barely drinkeable.

convenient location for overnight transit. was cleaner than most budget hotels, so would stay there again.

couldn't find plug in room to recharge mobile. no space in room to move - bed/s take all the space
