made an effort with the decoration, nice bath rooms, staff very helpful and welcoming nice big beds but at expense of room to lay your siutcase down so if traveling with lots of equipment or luggage you may want to cinsider this, they do however let you store you luggage after you've checked out. |

Excellent central location. Reception is smart and welcoming When I arrived the hotel door was open, but there was no one around at reception. Despite ringing the bell, it took a good 10 minutes for someone to appear. All this time the book containing guests names, addresses and room numbers was open on the front desk - this seemed like a bit of a security issue to me. Basement room rather dingy with small window on to tiny lightwell. |

Room was very small, but adequate for me, location excellent, tv worked. Can't complain too much for the money. Shower seemed to be held in place by some sort of gaffer tape arrangement. Breakfast room too small, nowhere to sit. Breakfast was "served" by poker-faced automatons who were not at all friendly. |

The hotel was close to the train and tube stations. The shower room and bed linen were clean. The staff did not make you feel welcome on arrival. The staff at breakfast looked miserable and the food was disappointing. The bed room was dusty and the showerroom was small. |

Clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff Toilet door was a sliding wooden one that afforded insufficient privcy. I was there with a mate so didn't mind too much. |

The location is excellent, the breakfast very enjoyable and overall great value for money, would recommend rooms could be slightly better equipped with more storage space and tea/coffee facilities are a must for most people |

We both liked the friendly welcome on checking in. Our room was small but very comfortable and very quiet. Location to transport was great. We enjoyed our stay. Seating at breakfast was a bit crowded but we received our meals promptly despite this busy period and have no real complaints on this score. |
