Excellent location, facalities were great just what we were looking for.

It did what it said on the tin!

The lounge was dark - one bulb was defective. The washhandbasin plug did not seal. But hey! That's only nitpicking - it was good, thanks!

Lovely spacious apartment. Tastefully decorated with all required facilities - very well equipped. We loved the welcome pack, a really nice touch. We will definitely recommend these apartments to our friends and family. Perfect space for the whole family.

Shower was a little harsh as water very hot so be careful with young children.

Location. Use of local spa facilities. Helpful staff.

Car parking - limited space Slightly expensive for time of year and a two night mid week break. Shower water pressure low.

Amazing service from Julia. We had some problems with our apartment which she rectified immediately. Comfy Kingsize bed Fluffy towels Warm and cosy

Some road noise Croissants were nice but a choice of cereals and bread would have been a good idea.

Very clean and spacious

Our one bedroom, ground floor apartment was really nice -- homely, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much and would have liked to stay longer.

There was some sort of mix-up over our booking (which had been made in June) and it seemed as though we might have nowhere to stay! However, this was sorted out amicably.

The spaciousness and comfort of the apartment. Very quiet and peaceful. Convenient parking. Excellent location near to beach and town.Felt like a very comfortable home.

The "breakfast pack" could have been more orthadox and generous by the provision of cereal and bread, rather than crumpets and muffins. Some basic equipment missing in the kitchen E.G. teapot and there would not have been enough cutlery for 4. No provision of teatowel or placemats or napkins for self catering.

Friendly staff, quiet place to relax and wind down. Very comfortable with good amenities. This is our second stay and it will probably not be our last.

Couldn't get the shower to work with a constant supply of hot water. It was either too hot or too cold.

Excellent room with partial view of the Irish Sea. Very relaxing environment and room 6 perfect. Perfect location for exploring Lytham and surrounding area. As travelling with a 2 year old the apartment was perfect with its two bedrooms and much less stressful and easy going than the constraints of a hotel.

I felt like it was a great base for my trip - all the amenties I needed to make a comfortable home from home.

The continental breakfast was strange in its mix, no cereals or bread but cakes and crumpets instead. We had no parking at our Aparthotel, only the road

The staff were very freindly and was greeted with a warm welcome. The rooms were very spacious and the bed was very comfy.

It was exactly as described on the "Booking.Com" website. Easy to park, relatively quiet area. Main room / bedroom very clean, tidy and comfortable.

EVERYTHING!!!! The best place I've stayed in a very long time considering I holiday in this country every year! Absolutely class!!!!!! spotlessly clean, very modern very friendly and a five minute walk to the shops, beach.and to top it off it is dog friendly with a dog friendly park right on the door step! Cant wait to go back at whit lythans is a lovely place to stay.AAAAA+++++++

We were there for a 1 night stay with our young grandson, simply cannot fault this place, good location, apartment was spotless and quite roomy, although we didn't use them there was complimentary fridge stuff and even a bottle of wine...still a good touch though.Pier and beach within easy reach, shops, eateries also just up the road. We have no hesitation in reccomending this place and would definately stay there again. The owners were very friendly and although they inadvertently forgot our request for a single bed...'Dan' rectified the situation immediately and even made the bed!. We wish you well with your October baby.

The owner was really friendly and went out of his way to make you feel welcome and even ran us into Blackpool in his own car.

Very friendly staff. Parking on site. Comfortable apartment in good location with facilities nearby. Reasonable price for a family of four but breakfast should have been provided both days as promised and should have been much more substantial and more choice.

Our booking included breakfast yet all we received for a family of four to last 2 days was a pack of 4 croissants, a pint of milk and a pint of orange juice with some butter and jam portions. My children ate two croissants each the first morning, so left no breakfast for me or my husband ofr the firtst morning or none for any of us the second morning, The bathroom was described as a luxury bathroom, yet it simply was a standard bathroom, quite cramped with a toilet, shower with broken door and a sink. Nothing luxurious about it. The towel heater did not comeon at all and the heating which we were told would be on from 6am till 10am each morning did not come on either.

I really appreciated the welcominig approach when we arrived, the apartment was absolutely beautiful and the fact that it was dog friendly. The bed was very comfortable and allowed us to have a relaxing couple od days break on the charming Lytham St Annes coast.

Bit of a battle with regulating the heat of the water in the shower!! only issue we had to be honest.
