Cleanliness, helpfulness, decor, comfort, informality.
Everything, the best hotel I've stayed in, can't fault anything.
There is honestly nothing to dislike about this wonderful little jewel of a hotel.
Couldn't move in permantly
A very beautiful b and b in a lovely location. Our room was a sunny front room on the third floor with a small bathroom. Lovely property with bars, restaurants etc on the doorstep. Nice breakfast too.
Tiny bathroom without any shelving.
Warm, welcoming and fantastically helpful staff. Superb location and comfy rooms. I cannot recommend it more highly. Thanks Sue!
* Warm welcome. * Very nice room. * Very clean. * Excellent breakfast and the fact that the hotel was happy to respond to the requests of a couple of vegetarians . * Enjoyed the whole experience.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Peaceful nights sleep and a tasty breakfast. Perfect for what we needed and would definitely stay again.
The rooms are lovely , very clean and well furnished , with many little extra touches .The breakfast is the best we have ever had and of a superb standard. The communal areas are kept to a very high standard .The staff are lovely so friendly and helpful . It deserves 10/10 and we shall certainly return
Vicinity. Decor, Cleanliness. our room was comfortable.
queue for breakfast not enough seating for the amount of guests awaiting breakfast.
Great accommodation. High ceilings.big bed.great breakfast all served to you.Big lounge with papers, mags, big comfy chairs.great family room with toys, books and teddies!
Friendly staff. Quirky decor.
An overabundance of cushions which cluttered up the room when going to bed ! Some of them looked a bit grubby probably because they all had to be stacked on the floor at night. Shower room clean but towels smelled unpleasant.
The offer of help with our luggage on arrival and departure. Our room had the luxury of an outside sitting area. Daily newspapers were available plus lots of magazines. The excellent breakfast included mixed fresh fruit.
Car parking could be an issue if the hotel was full but the problem was not restricted to this accommodation alone.
Gorgeous hotel and room was lovely. Extremely clean and decorated beautifully. Great location, much nicer than staying in Blackpool centre and only a short drive away.
Nothing,could not fault
staff friendly nice breakfast comfy bed good price
shower took a while to get hot
Convenient central location. Clean and comfortable. Well laid out.
Power shower in room would have been great. Biscuits in room would be a nice touch.
The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable.
There was nothing to dislike.
Location - round the corner from shops and restaurants but quiet despite being on main road. Very friendly professional proprietors/staff. Rare facilities for smokers - rooms avail with patio or balcony so that my partner did not have to keep going down to front of house for a smoke. Immaculate rooms/nice decor. Comfy large bed. Good breakfast and choose what you like served till 10am. Nice tv lounge to sit in. 5 minute walk to beach. You can control heating in bedroom/bathroom. Info file in room on local facilities. Wifi link worked once we selected correct one for our room - there are 3 to choose from so ask which one to use. Even though we only live 30 mins away and I have visited this area many times it was nice to have a night out and not have to drive home, we were so chilled out we stayed another night.
Couldn't really fault anything. Ran a bath did not need to add cold water as it wasn't that hot, but shower hot next day so maybe I hadn't fully turned tap on properly. Parking little tight but adequate.
staff friendly and helpful room clean breakfast was good
The bed was really comfortable, had such a good nights sleep.
Stayed in Room 6, this room was extremely small, the door couldn't open fully into the room as it hit the bed. Would want a larger room if I stayed again.
Good location, very clean and friendly staff.
Small car park, which is a challenge to park in.
Staff welcoming, room clean, gorgeous big comfy bed, location great for bars and restaurants, good breakfast.
Wouldnt put us off staying again, but my only gripe was ceiling tiles in the room.... the room was gorgeous other than this.... just kind of let it down a little bit, didnt go with the room, but like i said wouldnt put us off.
Breakfast was cooked to order and very fresh
Portion sizes of food for breakfast were small, would have preferred to have chosen my cereals and fruit juice, Free Wi-Fi regularly disconnected No lock on the toilet door Bath towels small Very very limited parking actually virtually no parking
Beautiful Victorian decor and homely feel to hotel. Staff were lovely and helpful. Good choice of delicious breakfast. Could not fault anything. Will definitely recommend and return again.
The staff and proprietor were friendly. The room was clean. The tv and WiFi worked. The breakfast was well cooked and tasty but limited. Very near town centre, shops and bus stop. Fairly near sea front and pier which are a short walk away.
Steep staircase and poor access to the car park. Could be better with more choice for breakfast. The gym is not on site but at another hotel a short walk away. There were not many brochures available. Balcony overlooked other buildings and roofs and there was no real view. One night there were strange noises in the early hours like a pump running. After confirming the booking I received emails from Booking.com offering much lower price for this B&B. What is the best price guarantee worth then? Very little!
