Everything. The food, the feeling on entering and seeing the place lit up for Christmas, it was magical!! Even Harry the dog bid us welcome. I wanted to take him home.
Not too keen on the parking facilities - tight squeeze.
Ideal place to stay . Very comfortable , lovely staff , very good breakfast , no faults at all .
Lovely hotel, lovely room , lovely staff, lovely breakfast.
everything,lovely breakfast. Great location
cannot find any with faults with the hotel , nothing was too much trouble , all staff brilliant , will visit again early next year
you could here music coming from the next hotel ,late at night , it did stop at midnight , but if you are a early to bed and early rise person ?, nothing this hotel could do about it , would not stop my return to the same room
Lovely staff and great location for restaurants and bars.
We were placed out in what appeared to be the 'out house'! The bed was two single mattresses pushed together in a double frame and the decor of the entire place was dated and a bit tatty, certainly not my idea of a four star boutique hotel.
Accommodating hostess. Wonderful customer service. Everything perfect.
Lovely staff, super breakfast, great location
My hangover - not the hotel's fault!
A cosy room, great staff and a amazing breakfast. I will defiantly be staying there again as I have just started work in the Lytham area.
i liked every thing about the hotel . the staff was very helpful . they arranged a birthday cake and flowers for my girlfriend 40th birthday . as i could not get there to plan her birthday surprise . the hotel arranged it all and got her a card and chocolates as well and decorated the room as well , a big thank you
Location was perfect and good bus information given to us on arrival. Hotel was very clean and stylish. Lovely breakfast.
Thought room 6 was very small and slightly claustrophobic. On arrival we were greeted by and shown our room by the cleaning lady who was very nice but .....
Nice room, area, good breakfast, helpful staff
Noisy neighbours talking all night
The facilities were clean and well kept. Ideal location for our needs. House was quiet at night. Friendly staff.
Room was small as children tended to congregate in double room and made it a bit of a squeeze. I felt that the tariff was quite high compared to hotels in the area some of which had sea views. Double bed was very hard and I did over hear other residents complaining about this however staff did try to accommodate and put a duvet under the bottom sheet for them.
It was ideal for a short break with good transport connections to Blackpool. Having its own car parking facilities was a bonus. Good location for local shops, restaurants & sea front & pier.
Although it was a bonus to have a small hotel with on-site parking - it was a very limited car park & not a lot of room for manoeuvre if bringing a large vehicle.
Cleanliness, helpfulness, decor, comfort, informality.
Everything, the best hotel I've stayed in, can't fault anything.
There is honestly nothing to dislike about this wonderful little jewel of a hotel.
Couldn't move in permantly
A very beautiful b and b in a lovely location. Our room was a sunny front room on the third floor with a small bathroom. Lovely property with bars, restaurants etc on the doorstep. Nice breakfast too.
Tiny bathroom without any shelving.
Warm, welcoming and fantastically helpful staff. Superb location and comfy rooms. I cannot recommend it more highly. Thanks Sue!
* Warm welcome. * Very nice room. * Very clean. * Excellent breakfast and the fact that the hotel was happy to respond to the requests of a couple of vegetarians . * Enjoyed the whole experience.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Peaceful nights sleep and a tasty breakfast. Perfect for what we needed and would definitely stay again.
The rooms are lovely , very clean and well furnished , with many little extra touches .The breakfast is the best we have ever had and of a superb standard. The communal areas are kept to a very high standard .The staff are lovely so friendly and helpful . It deserves 10/10 and we shall certainly return
Vicinity. Decor, Cleanliness. our room was comfortable.
queue for breakfast not enough seating for the amount of guests awaiting breakfast.
Great accommodation. High ceilings.big bed.great breakfast all served to you.Big lounge with papers, mags, big comfy chairs.great family room with toys, books and teddies!
Friendly staff. Quirky decor.
An overabundance of cushions which cluttered up the room when going to bed ! Some of them looked a bit grubby probably because they all had to be stacked on the floor at night. Shower room clean but towels smelled unpleasant.
