Clean and well run hotel with an excellent breakfast! Excellent value and well suited to couples/friends. Seems to avaoid the stag/hen parties of similar priced hotels in the area. |

attractively decorated, owner takes personal attention in looking after guests, generally very relaxed. Owner does not live on site so you need to keep to the check in time agreed, which can be problematic if you are held up while travelling. |

The staff were just lovely. The room was not only cosy and spotless with beauiful decor, but a King Size Bed made everything just perfect. It was quiet, there was a garden with seating for smokers, a DVD library, freedom to come and go and whatever time, a minibar - just (sigh) what more could you ask? Highly recommended. The breakfast was smashing too with loads of choice. Just excellent. |

Really pleasent room, nice bedding and plenty of pillows (surprisingly uncommon in many hotels). Nice ambience and friendly owner. Very good value for money for Brighton which is generally a rip of kind of place. This Hotel is good and would hold it's own anywhere. |

Very clean They gave our room to someone else by mistake on the first nite so was in a smaller room with less facialitys.but not worth the the money if it was not high season. |

It was a comfotable place to stay at; and I received what I paid for. People should only expect the Ritz style and surroundings when that is where they book into. I was made to feel very welcome and Alex wernt out of his way to accomodate me. |

On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were really friendly. The breakfasts were 'lush' and the whole place was incredibly clean. And just a stones throw from the beach....... The rooms were quite small but it wasnt much of a problem as we were out most of the time anyway. Surely the reason to be in Brighton? |

vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt (alle ruimtes zijn krap maar wel sfeervol ingericht), centrum en strand zijn lopend goed bereikbaar wegvallen van de waterdruk waardoor er op een ochtend niet gedoucht kon worden (komt hier blijkbaar vaker voor) |

La habitación estaba decorada con mucho gusto y muy limpia. Nos alojaron en un edificio anexo en el que se compartía una sala y una cocina para dos apartamentos. Había un jardín y un baño subiendo unas escaleritas. Mucha variedad para elegir en el desayuno. El personal del hotel muy amable.. Dejan un dosier en cada habitación con recomendaciones para hacer en la ciudad, restaurantes, teléfonos etc La ventana de la habitación sellaba un poco mal, pero por el resto todo bien. |

Bediening goed, kamers schoon, wel klein maar gezellig Inchecktijden. We hadden vertraging met het vliegtuig en trein. Na 21.00 uur konden we niet meer inchecken en zouden we ons geld kwijt zijn geweest. Pas na lang aandringen werd er iets geregeld. Maar zeer onprettig bejegend. |
