Right on the waterfront, a short walk from the Ferry. Two doors down is the home made chocolate, 4 doors down is Fiddlers, a terrific live music venue. Comfortable rooms. Added benefit is a little lounge made available to the guests equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishes, etc.

    Can't think of anything.

Warm, friendly & welcoming from the moment you stepped through the door. Incredibly helpful and will be recommending to all. We will definitely be coming back to stay again and hopefully not long away.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Highly recommended.

very comfy bed, loved that we had a kitchenette to use, lovely view, nice windows, everything was great. Loved the details of the "old house" style.

I did not have spot to put my suitcase down, and that might have been nice......a rack for luggage. The room was small for that though, I know.

The owner was very welcoming. Although in a small room with a separate private bathroom it was very good value for money and quite adequate for my over night stay. The breakfast was excellent and would recommend this Guest House on every account.

A very warm welcome from the proprietor and her daughter. Made to feel at home. The guest house is comfortable and clean and very well located. The breakfast offered was plentiful and of a high standard. Overall, a very good place to stop if on Arran. Very good value.

This was our first visit to Arran for a friends wedding. Caroline and Louise were very friendly and we felt at home straight away at Hunters Guest House. They were both very attentive at breakfast and there was a great selection of food. The location is super and the views out across the bay are beautiful. We hope to go back again!

Very convenient for the town, and the ferry. Really good sized room and bathroom, very comfy bed, and a fantastic sea view. The snug was useful and we made good use of it for breakfast and some evening meals. Caroline was very friendly and helpful when we asked her anything. Being able to park right outside, and for free was great. Hunters is a lovely old building and has great character.

We only had a small TV, and could only get 2 channels. We only wanted to watch TV a little but it meant we had to watch the TV in the snug which was a shame.

I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere at the guest house and having board without breakfast was perfect for me. Will definately return and would recommend it to friends.

We brought our 4 year old granddaughter with us for the first time, although we have been regular visitors to Arran. The room was spacious, the view over the bay spectacular, the bed very comfortable and our hosts extremely helpful and attentive.
