location, breakfast,disabled parking, price
mediocre food in restaurant, room too hot at night, needs net curtains at downstairs windows, input/exit road blocked by delivery van, poor signal in restaurant for card machine
The place itself was beautiful. The staff were amazingly helpful & friendly. Absolutely perfect stay xx
Clean Staff Food Atmosphere
The room was located on top of the pool room. The heat and humidity affected the temperature on the second floor. No air conditioning to cool it down so it was very hot and sticky.
Beautiful grounds Car parking Good food
Swimming pool wasn't available during the day
Stunning setting county estate
The pool was lovely, and nearly empty when we went there! Almost a private pool!
location very good, nice grounds and good facilities, friendly staff
bar staff getting meal order wrong

Enjoyed stay. But room was very hot. Had to use fan all night
the location the food the staff
the size of the room too small large bed. not being able to use the swimming pool and golf not being able to get wifi in the room
Bedding sheets and duvet were very soft which was good.
Swimming pool not available due to it being broken and my daughter was very disappointed.
We loved the location - ideal for visiting London, Warner Bros studio's and other attractions. Pleasant hotel and thought the coffee stations were excellent. Lots of snacks/fruit available as well as teas and coffee. No need to take pool towels either as they were provided by the hotel.
The bar meal we had in the evening was very poor. Luke war to say the least, breakfast was very chaotic due to lack of staff. But have to say once we were seated the food itself was fine with plenty of choice.
Location - 5 mins drive to Harry Potter Tour Evening meal - good selection of pub style food
Bedroom doors that slam shut on an automatic hinge every time they close making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep!
Peaceful location, good value food. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms clean.
Poor wi-fi especially in bedrooms. The ground floor windows need net curtains.

Stuff was friendly.
The room was very small and darkened. Also terrible noise from outside which was a garbage station of hotel. We could stay only one night enough.
the staff were very helpful the young lad on reception got us a postcode for the train station. I liked the card with information on about the Wi-Fi and bar/restaurant times. also the room was lovely plenty of room and very comfy beds.
there wasn't anything I disliked
Arrived late and still felt welcomed staff were friendly and helpful ..
Was awoke by Hoover sounds and loud knocking in each door.
I liked the location the food and service was brilliant and plenty of parking spaces
Rooms were too small and walls thin looked as though owners had crammed in as many rooms as possible
Had a great stay, very handy for the Harry Potter studios. Confortable beds and very clean room. Dinner was delicious, too! Staff couldn't have been more helpful, thank you!
Good location. Close to Harry potter world and some nice local pubs.
Poor quality restaurant
Customer service, friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea faciilties.Rooms are well appointed and very clean.Beautiful grounds overall a really great place to stay
Would be ideal if the bar had direct access to the outside. The hotel was extremely warm I presume it must be a listed building therefore air con is not possible put a better ventilation system or mobile ac units would be good in hoy wether
Nice comfortable rooms. Bar food good quality. Grounds lovely.
Shower area of swimming pool flooded whilst we showered- ongoing problem as wet towels lying on floor of changing area from earlier that day. Lack of adjoining rooms or family rooms. Ended up with two double rooms next door to each other. Family of four, 2 girls aged 8 and 11.
