checked in late, staff really friendly lovely place
Staff very accommodating when the request for a cot bed didn't go through.
Disappointed with booking.com as requested breakfast as an after thought but never went through.
The picture advertising the hotel looks beautiful. Had I known I was staying in a conference centre next door I'd have been fine about that. Your photo of the venue, which I never got to set foot in, does raise expectations unfairly
Bar service terrible . Staff parading round breakfast making feel uncomfortable. Bar food chips disgusting - triple dipped means over cooked
Excellent dining experience.
Small room for the price.
The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean and comfortable.
The bed was a bit too firm for us.
Comfort and cleanliness of room. Location.
Breakfast was expensive. Reception was poor -staff rather offhand. Signposting was abysmal - we arrived after dark and had difficulty finding the venue, then finding reception. No biscuits with tea and coffee. Expected more from such a lovely place.
the rip off price
My boyfriend and I stayed here when we visited the Warner bros studios. Fantastic location for it, lovely room with everything we need, lovely calm pool at good temperature, very friendly staff.
The doors close quite loudly so can hear other people going in and out of their rooms at night/ in the morning.
Free wifi Breakfast food Bar food Pool
Extra cost over what booking.com had confirmed, was meant to be £55 not £59. Best to check and confirm with venue direct. Rooms are in separate area to old building shown on website
Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast buffet had good range of foods and person attending to tables and guests being very helpful and pleasant. Front desk staff lady was very helpful and nice.
Wi fi not great around the building Buffet items that ran out were not refilled in some cases until asked with the kitchen staff apparently being distracted with lunch prep
I liked everything, enjoy it really much I will get back with the first occasion
Unfortunately I didn't got any signal for my phone, that was the only problem
Location near Warner Brothers Studio Tour
Room was old and tired and not particularly clean. Traveling for 30 days throughout Europe this hotel was the most expensive and worst value for money.
Location for this trip was ideal.
Noise from the bar and slamming of doors from other rooms.Lights were on outside window all night.
Location to our needs. Room was OK once we got it. 1st room issued didn't have space for child's bed.
Restaurant had limited food on offer in the evening and location of hotel limited other choices. Bar food had run out almost. No big issue just bit frustrating, probably more so because of room mix up on check in.
Very basic rooms considering the price. Only two tea bags and the bath is big enough for toddlers and hobbits but not adults
A nice convenient location for a very reasonable price if you are coming to London. It was very easy to get trains in and out of London. Front desk staff were very helpful.
The bathroom could do with updating but I am being very picky - at the end of the day you are not there to inspect the bathroom and if you are, well...
Room was so small you couldn't even get into bed both sides!!!
The grounds are gorgeous
The room was tiny and not soundproof. We had the power turned off within 15 minutes of arriving - just when about to get in the shower. It was planned but we weren't informed
Breakfast and helpful staff
Lack of female toiletries I.e separate hair shampoo ,conditioner and shower gel No sauna /steam room
Location and staff were excellent
Wifi reception was poor, there was a power cut and the bathroom was freezing.
The location of the hotel for visiting Harry Potter studios. Are room was clean and comfortable and the staff on reception were helpful.
The pool was out of order on the first night. This was disappointing after a long journey.
Nice quiet location but still well located for M25
configuration of the room meant could not access the wardrobe without messing about. Just stayed one night so not too much of an issue, but be aware.
Cleanliness ( stain dirty towel, funcus on the pillow cover ,, Heating not working in the rooom informed to reception . NO ACTION.
I took my boyfriend for a weekend away here due to our visit at warner bros studio, the staff we're extremely helpful at first letting us check In early, then continued help with ordering taxis and opinions on places to eat and looking after our suitcases even after check out until we was ready. The room was clean a good size with clean bathroom. Breakfast was great lots of options and attentive staff :) Can't fault the hotel would be maybe a little better if you could get to the station abit easier but frequent taxis costing 10£ we're fine
