Friendly welcome (early check in) pleasant breakfast & very convenient for function at St Augustine's just up the road.

Thin walls and family in next door room making noise from 6:45 am!

Easy to find / Parking

There was a party going on in the Pub below, which could have kept us awake if it were not for the fact that we had tired ourselves out durring the day.

Arrived late, but owner very helpful we had a disabled person with us and he immediately put her at ease.

Stairs were our only problem and not the hotels

Good selection of beers & Lagers. Excellent coffee. Good breakfast choices, well prepared and swiftly served. Clean and well decorated rooms with adequate facilities for a short break.

Tight car parking, but adequate for location and number of guests. Juke box a bit noisey if you aim to get to bed early, so stay up and enjoy!

The breakfast was excellent. The Live Music in the bar in the evening was very good. Great latte's! Staff very friendly. Room was spotless - very impressed.

The loud music from the bar the whole day so you could not relax in your room at all. The tv was not tuned properly so no bbc channels. Cloud wifi - rubbish!!!

Arrived early afternoon to leave for wedding reception early evening, was told that food would be available from 17.30pm, when we asked at bar for food we were told that none was available.

We liked the location, close to the main town, a nice 15 minute walk to get there... The staff were very friendly and welcoming....

Sadly, the chef was off on annual leave so we couldn't sample the food... However, we did have a good seslection of breakfast...

Very warm welcome from staff as well as customers! We were a party of six & despite some booking confusion (on the website?) we were all settled, comfortably in our three rooms as promised by the owner who phoned a few days prior to our visit. The staff could not have been more helpful. Our 4 year old granddaughter loved the spacious garden and play area equipment. We did choose this hotel for this facility as much as anything else and were not disappointed. Good car parking on site, good breakfast.

A great pity that it is positioned at a multiple traffic light junction but fortunately we were not disturbed by any noise despite having the family room at the front.

When we visit Margate to see family we stay at the Hussar as the welcome is always friendly and warm.

Nothing we enjoy staying there

This hotel has a nice friendly feel, we were made very welcome like we were old friends.

The bed was comfortable. The staff were really friendly, the breakfast excellent. Excellent value for money. Will return with my daughter and grandchildren.

Large room

The hotel had a completely different location than given by Booking.com. It is not located in Ramstad, but in Margate.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Generous and tasty breakfast.

Felt awkward entering through busy pub. Otherwise, it was very comfortable.
