Nice spacious room
Room was freezing
Very expensive for the facilities. However the staff were very polite.
Great location. Not really what you'd expect, but way better than the average hotels in victoria. And the price was very good
The dependances are a little out-dated, but you can live with it
Nicely decorated with modern furnishings & good bathroom. Very clean and great staff.
The bed was not overly comfortable and the lift very old & shakey.
Quite expensive as the facilities are fairly limited but everything was very clean and adequate
size of room especially the basin
Location was fantastic. Staff was friendly and room the room was all we needed for one night.
I moved the bed to put it near the wall so my baby wouldn't fall at night and I discovered lots of dust balls and dirty...
Location was superb and at the end of a long day sightseeing followed by theatre with drinks the comfy bed was always welcoming.
No poached eggs for breakie.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
My room smelt of stale cigarettes, especially the bathroom. However much I opened the window to air the smell never left!!
The location was excellent, close to Victoria station which made it easy to access the rest of london. Situated on a picturesque street. Room was compact but clean and nice bathroom.
Glad we had small cases, big cases would have made the room a squash.
Really clean room. Very small, no table just a little shelf, no hangers for the jackets, only one chair in double room. ..but it was clean and tidy. I was satisfied.
good location good night stop hotel but no longer clean friendly staff breakfast was limited
Close to the coach station, great staff and clean. Perfect for thirty something's and groups of friends.
On our last evening some guests arrived at around 11.30pm not a problem but when they are partying till 3 in the morning and you report it twice to staff. Still waiting on the manager to get in contact with me as very angry and want a refund for that night
Travelling with a fussy friend who wanted a very clean bathroom. We where both happy with the room. It is small if your thinking of a long trip but In London most rooms are small... 5 mins walk from tube and few stops from all tourist sites.
Nothing. Served purpose.
Very cheap for central London Great room Great Wi-Fi
The room is very clean.
It is too small. No way to walk after opening my suitcase.
The room on the 5th floor wasn't t fine. The bathroom shower was hot enough and didn't have water pressure. The floor had a strange inclination. I've stayed several times in London in different hotels and this one was definitely the worst! very (VERY) small indeed. Don't recommend. Lots of improvements needed.
Location, rooms were clean and nice, shower also very clean and modern, there was also a lift, breakfast was reasonable, staff friendly.
The water pressure in the shower wasn't too strong.
Great location for the price we paid to stay
Room abit on the small side
Close to London Victoria Easy to find Clean Quiet
Room was a bit small
Weird noise behind the wall, very noisy and hard to sleep because of that, the room number was 116. Feels like some pump was starting / working at time to time. It stops after 1 am and started again after 5am
This hotel on Belgrave road is between Victoria Station and Pimlico, so the location cannot be beat. The service is very friendly and efficient - thank you for that. The room itself is 'you get what you pay for'. It is a very small and basic room, but that is pretty standard for hotels in this price range in London. The bathroom is small but spotless.
SIngle-glazed windows in room No desk in room
Quite small room but more than adequate. Spotlessly clean. Extremely busy breakfast room, could have done with more staff.
Lack of service in restaurant area.
