Honestly, I am hard-pressed to think of anything good about this motel. The room had a window to let the terrible odours waft out? - Staff were not overly friendly. I could barely understand what they were saying and I am a native English speaker! - My room was roughly 1.5m x 2m. I could not open the door in or the bathroom door because I had to put my suitcase in the middle of the floor. - the bathroom was like a portable bathroom thrown into this 'room'. A small child would barely be able to fit in the bathroom. Everything would get wet. The smell from the bathroom was hideous. The toilet still had someone elses faeces in the bowl when I arrived. - I was afraid of getting bed bug bitten, so I wore layers of clothes. - The tv remote was lost. The tv had 2 channels that actually worked; the rest did not. - Breakfast was fairly poor; they really only offered toast and two cereals (a coeliac's nightmare). Overall, horrible place.

relatively good location, close enough to the main sightseeings rooms too small. unjustified high prices. too old, needs urgent refurbishment. my room was next to a road and was noisy at night. not very clean , in seven days they changed the bedsheets only once and this was after my request. very poor breakfast , restaurant too small, awaiting times. before my trip i tried to get in touch with the hotel reception via e-mail and fax about 10 times and i got no answer at all. Finally i phoned. I would never visit a hotel like this in the future. That was a big dissapointment. However, it was my first visit in Britain and in London and i found the city marvellous.

It was somewhat easy to walk to Victoria Station. The single room was very small and cramped. The bed is too big for that size room. I was in room 203. It was very cold too. The boiler was only turned on when I asked the reception. The first two nights, there was no heating at all. Breakfast was very basic. There should be some protein like eggs or sausages. The shower was very small. I don't know how taller or bigger customers would be able to fit in the shower stall.

A welcoming hotel, with a simple cheap room and very small bathroom, just what you need to put your head down after a busy day and night in london. Breakfast was a little early, but thats just my preference as not an early eater.

Close to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Bus Station and the London underground transport system - the staff were polite and friendly - dining option of a full English breakfast, tea/coffee making facilities in rooms - lift to all floors - value for money

Good hotel near Victoria Station. Everything was good. The location is perfect if you arrives or leaves from gatwick airport, because you can get the gatwick express train at Victoria Station. Anyway if you come from other place you can get the underground until Victoria or Pimlico, pretty easy. Nice full English breakfast. We enjoyed.

Convenient, well priced, clean nice accomodation. Yes, the rooms are a little small, but what do you expect? Sure, if you want an appartment fork out 200 quid a night. Personally I'd rather spend that money on something else. If you just want a decent place to stay for a good price, then this is a great choice.

The location was great, close to the underground and easy access to all attractions The room was tiny as well as the bathroom. I had stains on my blankets, the mugs were dirty and the breakfast was pitiful and very crowded. There was no one on duty at 5 am when we had to leave and I had to phone the hotel to order me a taxi.

I liked the breakfast and the friendly reception. Also, it is not far from Victoria station, which is good and has few stores nearby for day-to- day needs (tesco, boots, restaurant) I didn’t have telephone in my room (106) and no heater. So I would recommend to check these facilities for other guests

The staff was very very friendly and happy to help with every single thing you ask for. The rooms were clean and tidy, though not very spacious. The only inconvenience was the internet and the strange stinky smell in my room. I had to leave open both the door and the window for a while to let some fresh air come in every couple of hours. Would like the hotel to use some frehners. Wi-fi did not work in the rooms. They had a computer for customers at the reception, however some sites were barred on that one as well. Plus, the shower was too small to fit in for a normal person.
