A very good location for the attractions. The bathroom in the Hotel room reminded me of the toilets on a aeroplane, but served their purpose as we were only in the room when we went to bed at the end of the day. |

In the center of London!!! Close to all places. Close to the coach station (bus to Stansted airport). Nice surrounding. For me (had a single room) all was fine! (also very very very small bathroom... but for quick shower it is ok :) no problem. |

The staff were all friendly, efficient and courteous, and went out of their way to assist us with all our questions. We arrived very early, and they had a room ready for us by 10.30am, and also on the ground floor, as my friend was on a walking stick. This is the second time I have stayed there, and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to everyone!!! |

Leaving the hotel. Very small room at the basement (this was a triple room), it was next to the breakfast room with all associated kitchen noise early in the morning and upstairs plumbing and foot noises. Bathroom had no towel rail or hook to speak of to hang anything, no soapdish and toilet cistern was leaking and had to be manually fixed after each flush. No value for money paid. |

Hotel was clean and out of the way of any nightlife so was quiet The room was very small for a triple room and the bathroom was a joke, so small. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the lift in the building could do with replacing. I wouldn't choose this hotel again. |

The Hotel was clean, and stuff was very nice. It was not too far from the Victoria Coach Station, but if you have big luggage, you may be feel tired to walk. I didn't like the bath room because it was small and the toilet was difficult to flush. |

Not even the price The rooms are very, very small and you have to shower standing over the toilet. The hotel advertised that it had wifi, but it didn't work. The hotel is very load and if you stay in the basement next to the breakfast (which was not very tasty) area, you better hope that the hotel is not full of teenagers who are on a language course and need to eat breakfast at 6am. |

Hotel was clean, located near Victoria station, and was just fine for our purposes. The bathroom was very small, but sufficed. Breakfast was passable, and included only instant coffee. |
