Good location for shopping. We asked to move rooms as the first one was dirty and then the second was not much better. It was very disappointing. |

Very pleasant and accommodating reception staff. Lovely room with super city view. Happy to recommend in the future. We had use of conference facilities and found the lack of good air conditioning very distracting. |

Professional manner in how you were helped and talked to. The room was fantastic with an awesome view. Would definatley return there again. You had to walk abit to park ther car as they do not have an onsite parking facility. If you forget something in the car or want to drive somewhere you got that long walk each time. |

everything was perfect, very quiet even though its in a busy area, great location for a night out and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The view from the hotel floor to ceiling windows is spectacular and the staff are very friendly and helpful. |

Generally helpful staff. -Mutton dressed as lamb- too expensive for what is a pretty ordinary hotel. Disgusting that a business hotel should charge for internet access. When challenged, one of the senior people on the front desk said that Hyatt provided services that other hotel chains did not match, but was unable to provide an example. |

Me and my family enjoyed the room cleaniness hotel staff and spa swimming pool area. The hotel was cleAn and excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful and professional and polite. I would most definately book hyatt hotel again. |

The staff were especially professional. The room was exactly what we requested on a higher floor and had fabulous views. The food was good too. I think breakfast was quite poor. We had to pay £30 for a croissant, not enough butter, toast, not enough marmalade, and one small pot of tea but no hot water. My sister wanted a cooked meal but we were not told how to get this or what the choices were. It was a bit disappointing. |
