The room was lovely, with very comfortable beds. A great location and helpful and friendly staff. Nice to have a la carte option for breakfast. |

Staff are friendly, kind and generally efficient apart from breakfast on Thursday.We have stayed before and like the hotel very much. Breakfast on the second of the three days was chaotic. we had to queue and had to wait for some buffet items to be replaced. Bedroom was clean and very comfortable but bath towels were not replaced until the evening. Would willingly make towels last longer but they were taken away in the morning. Bath mat was not replaced at all.These are fairly small quibbles but should be addressed |

Comfortable bed, beautiful hotel. Asked for something that was never brought. Air conditioning didn't work. Shower door was open and overhead shower head did not work. |

220 steps from oxford street ! comfortable bed and big size room. I asked concierge for good steak house for dinner, he recommended and booked an ugly, boring, 2-stars resturant with bad steak quality. |

vicino al centro permette di visitare a piedi la zona di oxford street, Hyde park, westminster, knightbridge. zona tranquilla, silenziosa, sicura. Per Londra comunque senz'altro un buon livello, sopra la media. bagno un pò piccolo, stanza semplice, palazzo poco caratteristico, comunque ok. |

L'etablissement est d'un confort et d un standing tres agreable. Le personnel lui est tout a fait tourné pour un bon service client. C'est fort agreable. |

Verzorgde, ruime en comfortabele kamer en badkamer, stil. Vriendelijk en professioneel personeel, goede restaurants (Locandi Locatelli is een italiaans restaurant met 1 Michelinster), gezellige bar. Goede locatie net boven Oxford Street en Hyde Park, metrostation Marble Arch vlakbij. |

ホテルに到着してからリージェンシークラブフロアにアップグレードして貰いました。殆どセルフサービスですが、軽い朝食、飲み物、おつまみなどがフリーになるので、一日８０ポンドは結構お得かとも思います。ホテルの方々はどなたもフレンドリーで、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。ただ、パディントン駅からタクシーに乗ったのですが、最初間違えて隣のホテルに連れて行かれました。「此所のホテルはあまり有名では無いね」と言われました。 部屋の中で、隣の物音が聞こえることはまず無いのですが、ドアの閉まる音だけが結構響きます。 |
