Close to Oxford Street, convenient for shopping. Near tube station and city attractions/parks, well located yet quiet.

ן do think that at the same price a continental breakfest should be incloded.

Staff are friendly, kind and generally efficient apart from breakfast on Thursday.We have stayed before and like the hotel very much.

Breakfast on the second of the three days was chaotic. we had to queue and had to wait for some buffet items to be replaced. Bedroom was clean and very comfortable but bath towels were not replaced until the evening. Would willingly make towels last longer but they were taken away in the morning. Bath mat was not replaced at all.These are fairly small quibbles but should be addressed

Comfortable bed, beautiful hotel.

Asked for something that was never brought. Air conditioning didn't work. Shower door was open and overhead shower head did not work.

vicino al centro permette di visitare a piedi la zona di oxford street, Hyde park, westminster, knightbridge. zona tranquilla, silenziosa, sicura. Per Londra comunque senz'altro un buon livello, sopra la media.

bagno un pò piccolo, stanza semplice, palazzo poco caratteristico, comunque ok.

ホテルに到着してからリージェンシークラブフロアにアップグレードして貰いました。殆どセルフサービスですが、軽い朝食、飲み物、おつまみなどがフリーになるので、一日８０ポンドは結構お得かとも思います。ホテルの方々はどなたもフレンドリーで、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。ただ、パディントン駅からタクシーに乗ったのですが、最初間違えて隣のホテルに連れて行かれました。「此所のホテルはあまり有名では無いね」と言われました。

部屋の中で、隣の物音が聞こえることはまず無いのですが、ドアの閉まる音だけが結構響きます。
