Hotellin henkilökunta oli hillityn ystävällista ja kohteliasta. Hotellihenkilökunnan vinkit läheisistä ruokapaikoista, kävelymatkan keston arviointi teatteriin, yms. osuivat nappiin. Huone oli siisti ja toimiva. |

Hotellin sijainnista, hotellin erittäin kohteliaista piccoloista, siisteydestä, respan palvelualttiudesta Olimme varanneet tupakoimattoman huoneen, siitä huolimatta meille tarjottiin tupakkahuonetta. Mitä emme ottaneet vastaan, jolloin jouduimme odottamaan huonetta noin tunnin. Jätimme respaan ostoskasseja, joiden löytymisessä oli myöhemmin ongelmia. Olisin toivonut luxushotellin kalliiseen hintaan sisältyvän aamiaisen. Olisin toivonut että hotellihuoneessa olisi ollut internet-yhteys televisiossa. |

Good location with parking facilities near by. Comfortable room that had recently been refurbished. Easy access from the West of London. |

Staff were professional and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room comfortable but showing signs of age. Housekeeping very good. Location close to Marble Arch convenient for shopping & public transport. Good restaurant. Most everything you would expect from a 5* hotel - although I still prefer The Howard (Swissotel on Temple) - especially for the view across the Thames and a decent coffee machine in the room. Instant coffee in room. |

I liked the spacious comfortable room overlooking a small park. I also liked the friendly doormen who were always ready to help. The waiters at the restaurant were marvellous and know their job really well. |

The hotel staff was very helpful with any question, directions, tickets, stamps, etc, The hotel was a perfect location for us, close to shopping, tour buses, subways, restaurants with out being too close, very quiet location, would recommend all around, great vacation |

The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of London's West End, the tube network and major tourist attractions. And there is a great range of cafes and restaurants close by. The room was well equipped, a reasonable size, clean and comfortable - quiet, good temperature control and a lovely big bed. We slept well! The parking is convenient and we would stay again on a one-night only basis. The check in/check out times and the bar closing time were not as advertised on booking.com. The service at reception and in the bar was not welcoming, we found the staff rather superior, as if they were doing us a favour! There was a long queue for breakfast, and at £25 per head it is overpriced. We went to a local cafe instead and had a more pleasant and much cheaper breakfast experience. Like all London hotels, even at discounted rates this is still an expensive option. |
