Apartment comfortable to stay in London. Very well located near the downtown of the city. Staff very polite and honest. Unfortunately, the available apartments are located in the basement of the building, not allowing a view of the street, or even in light of the day. Taking into account the location, the rate is still relatively expensive. The apartment is in the attic with a window facing a wall. From inside the apartment does not see the street and not the light of day. |

Location, which is close to public transport and to many interesting restaurants, supermarkets etc. Room has everything I need for a short stay in London except.... ... wifi in the room, rather than having to go to reception, would be a big improvement. |

Location is exellent. Underground is just few minuts walk away :-) Room was to small, bed was even smaller (not for two persons) and so uncomfortable that I for 3 days didn't sleep much. During our stay nobody came to clean up the room and change towels. |

location is superb..queensway and bayswater tube stations are just one minute by walking and then 5 minutes later you are in the center...clean rooms,if your purpose is london trip everyting is perfectly adequate in the room..very nice bathroom with hot water... the matress is not suit for 4 star hotel,uncomfortable..pillows as well, tinner than one paper of sheet ...i had slept with two towel under my pillow for 3 night...sleeping to this bed could be much worst for the adults...We hadn't got remote control in the room and they never sorted it out nevertheless we asked 3 times...far apart from these things everything was perfect |

Convenience to transport for sight seeing - bus or train. Good kitchen facilities. Extremely noisy at night made sleeping difficult.Booked twin bed room but had to share a double bed. Mattress did not have a protector. Cutlery and cups had not been adequately cleaned. |

It was convenient, clean and good value considering its location. Very well located for tube trains and Queensway shops and restaraunts Main concern is noise level from street below. With no aircon windows have to be left open in warm weather. Even when shut the noise can be disturbing. Loud talking and laughter continued till 4.30 am. during our stay. Double glazing might help. |

We went shopping in Oxford street about 10-15 miutes on the bus, with the bus stop about 2 minute walk from the hotel. We also went to London Dungeons and Covent Gardens. Came back in the evening and has a relaxing night in. Noise outside. |

Rooms are recently renovated and very adequate for budget-minded travelers. Contemporary style with hardwood floors and nicely tiled bathrooms - cheery and pleasant. The location serves well for touring and shopping. Convenient to underground and bus lines. Quality of beds/mattresses could be better. |

The location was superb, very close to Hyde Park, with bus, tube very close and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We realised the hotel apartments were on the small side, but as my partner and I are both over 6`, I included in the booking email, please ensure we get a room with a large bed. No such luck, the bed was up against the wall on one side, and was too small to get any decent sleep. Anyone over 5`8" shouldn`t bother booking. |

very, very central location, modern and good interior, free internet access in the lobby paper thin walls, king size bed is very short (as I am a small person, it was fine - however, tall persons would probably have problems), no dish towel, mattress (for a short or over night stay ok, otherwise it coud probably be bothersome) |

Very convenient location, close to the tube, shops and restaurants around Beds were not very comfortable and a noise from the street - unbearable! We had two sleepless nights. Young people from the hostel next to the apartments had parties every night. Nobody did anything about the noise, as the receptionists were in the hotel only unitl 11pm.The room was not as clean as it should be. Chewing gums stuck to the floor, stained towels, hair in the bathroom and no towel change or bin emptying! |

location, clean and well presented, modern. Helpful staff uncomfortable bed, paper thin walls, if you are on the street side you may not get much sleep but then most of london is like this. |

Location close to central line tube station. The description of luxury is completely misleading. The double bed too small, with a cheap mattress. The kitchen area not well equipped, no air conditioning and next door to a noisy hostel, with kids outside making noise into the early hours. |

The apartment was fine, perfect for a short stay. The room was a little small and the bed was shocking (i didn't understand how uncomfortable a bed could be until my stay) but could deal with both. |
