central location; 3 minutes away from 2 subway stations; very new; lots of shops & restaurants around; several options of restaurants for breakfast at good prices (GBP 5 per person); reception service till midnight; a GBP 5 charge for luggage storage per room after midday - a bit mean; towel & bed pretty so so; small room & bathroom but comfortable enough |

The appartment is amazing, minutes walk from tube and parks. We used the kitchen a lot and didn't spend money on food. we walked from there via hyde park, to bekingham palace and bigben by foot. the bed... |

I was offered a choice of ground floor, or 4th floor apartment after my booking request for a high floor, which was very kind & courteous of the receptionist. Cannot fault anything with my stay apart from there was no tea/coffee provided as is per normally the case with such accomodation! (I'm being picky really) However the location is prime near all amenities & the local Bayswater tube... Thumbs up all round! |

Initially we were given a room with the bed at mezzanine level, which was so short we couldn't get out of bed without banging our heads... |

Staff were very polite. It was all very clean and well looked after. The temperature, there was no temperature control, and the room was way to hot, we hardly slept all week! |

Easy access to the city and subway plus very close to Hyde Park, Shopping and Restaurants. Great location! The staff were friendly and helpful and provided good advice on attractions and how to get around town. No airconditioning so it was quite warm at night and difficult to sleep. Also a very small room, however based on the budget price I guess this was to be expected. |

It was comfortable and close to the Underground Stations. We were also within walking distance of our things we were doing. The walls were thin and we could hear what sounded like the people next door tap-dancing. There were a couple nights where it sounded like a party outside in the front, but nothing we couldn't deal with. |

It had good links to the city cente and a stones throw from Hyde Park The staff. I rang them a week before to pre-pay for my stay and to arrange a later check out time, by 1 hour. ALL my credit card details were taken & I was told the payment had gone through. However, when we arrived, there was no note of my phone call and they asked for all my card again as they wanted to have £500 pre-authorised for what was described as 'extras'!. |

Modern interior, reasonable room size (for this area), practical (with self catering facilities), good location, good value for money by London standards. Reception closed overnight, was unmanned when I left at 07:45, so could not get a bill for my expense claim |

Clean, convenient location to 2 metro lines, close to groceries (Tesco, Spar, Mark & Spensers) and to Hyde Park. Free wifi in lobby. Nothing fancy and not big but this is what you get in London. Various backpackers next door were really loud at all hours of the night on the street. |

The apartment was well placed for access to the tube which made our stay very convenient. The room temperature was too high & the fan provided didn't work. There was also a lack of mirrors for use with a hairdryer! |

At a two minute walk from both Queensway and Parksway tube stations the apartments are ideally located for access to all of London. The area was also good providing good shopping facililities and a stones-throw away from Hyde Park. For a room advertised as an apartment I had expected a seperate lounge/kitchen and bedroom (which is usually the case with places advertised as such) however the room itself was no bigger than your average hotel room - albeit with the added convenience of a kitchenette. Still for only a weekends stay I think you'd be hard pressed to find much better for the very reasonable price. |

We love the location of the hotel as it is very close to the underground stations (queensway & bayswater). And, the staff were very helpful too as when we told the front desk staff that the hot water supply was out of order, he immediately offered to change the room for us. Fortunately, the hot water problem was fixed in 1 working day and we did not need to change the room. The mattress, bed sheet and the pillow. We felt extremely uncomfortable to sleep on the mattress and the pillow which obviously were in poor quality. I can say they were poorer than most of 3-star hotels in developing countries. And also, there is no air-conditioning. |

These modern, fully equipped serviced apartments are located very near Tower Bridge. Each has cutting-edge design with all the comforts of home. |
This partly refurbished Victorian hotel is in central London, 5 minutes’ walk from Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and Bayswater / Queensway London Underground stations. |
Grand Plaza offers luxurious private apartments that are well-placed for Hyde Park, Notting Hill and Kensington Palace. |
Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
