nowoczesny wystrój , elegancka i czysta łazienka, dobre położenie blisko atrakcji turystycznych i jednocześnie cicha okolica, strasznie mały apartamencik, pokręcone dojście do pokoju wąskim labiryntem bez oznakowania, brak suszarki do włosów |

Czystość, porządne wyposażenie pokoju, świetna lokalizacji (2min. pieszo od stacji metra). Mimo wszystko trudno uznać pokój za "executive apartment", brakowało trochę suszarki (w 4-gwiazdkowych pokojach powinna raczej być). Ale to drobnostki, ogólne wrażenie naprawdę dobre. |

Hotel bardzo czysty, w doskonałym punkcie, zawiłe korytarze sprawiają wrażenie tajamniczości. Pokoje przyzwoicie wyposażone - nic specjalnego, ale sprawiają dobre wrażenie. Bagaże zostawiane w recepcji hotelu bez żadnego nadzoru budzą mój niepokój - może dałby się wydzielić jakiś pomieszczenie na pozostawiane bagaże. |

It was very convenient for our night at the royal albert hall. The mattress on the bed very uncomfortable. There was a kettle but no tea bags,coffee etc.(machine downstairs was not cheap and coffee tasted disgusting). Not enough mirrors, no extractor fan for cooking (in such a small place does need one) tv but no radio....need music.! Also needed 2 bar stools not one. , also could do with another rubbish bin. (One in bathroom was tiny....non in kitchen area!! |

Good location, nice room although worse than expected. Room was not clean, for example i found hair in one towel and dirt in some walls. |

I like the area where it is situated. We are not far from the center of London, means of of transport are easily to be found. It is a safe place. |

Location was great, 3 tube stops to Oxford Street. 2 minutes walk to Queensway or Bayswater tube station. Clean modern room. Would stay again. |

The Apartments were in an ideal location in relation to tube stations and local shops, bars and restaurants. We really felt that there was an element of 'false advertising' as the room was ok, but certainly not what we expected when clasified as a 'Luxury Apartment'. |

i stay in Hyde park and paddington often usually in hotels but this was nmore independent and the fridge/microwave and cook facilities are welcome extras |

Apartment comfortable to stay in London. Very well located near the downtown of the city. Staff very polite and honest. Unfortunately, the available apartments are located in the basement of the building, not allowing a view of the street, or even in light of the day. Taking into account the location, the rate is still relatively expensive. The apartment is in the attic with a window facing a wall. From inside the apartment does not see the street and not the light of day. |

Location, which is close to public transport and to many interesting restaurants, supermarkets etc. Room has everything I need for a short stay in London except.... ... wifi in the room, rather than having to go to reception, would be a big improvement. |

location was great, hotel was clean units were very small, beds were horribly uncomfortable and when asking for an extra blanket to sleep on, the staff was extremely unhelpful. |

Location is exellent. Underground is just few minuts walk away :-) Room was to small,bed was even smaller (not for two persons) and so uncomfortable that I for 3 days didn't sleep much. During our stay nobody came to clean up the room and change towels. |
