Уютные номера с кухней(холодильник, эл. плита, микроволновка, тостер, эл.чайник, посуда). В 3-х минутах ходьбы от станций метро Bayswater и Queensway и от магазинов Tesco. В 1-ой минуте от Кенсигтонского парка.

Если вам нужен фен - возьмите с собой. Апартаменты не предусматривают наличие фена. Уборка раз в неделю. Во время жаренья тостов срабатывает пожарный извещатель.:)

Расположение отеля: у Гайд-парка, рядом станция метро, недалеко от центральных достопримечательностей.

Из описания не было понятно, что в отеле не предусмотрена уборка комнат, если вы живете менее 9 дней. Уборку предлагают за дополнительные 50 фунтов. Самим поддерживать чистоту в номере нечем: нет ни швабры, ни пылесоса, ни тряпок, ни веника, ни средств для уборки. Обзаводиться этим, когда останавливаешься на неделю, глупо.

Convenience for london travelling

The room was too hot-no air conditioning. There is no one on reception in the evening- a loud party was taking place in the room above us and there was nothing we could do about it and no one to request help from.

paid extra for a larger room, but was allocated a small room, hotel is next a youth hostel and the noise from the street from singing and music went on until 3am, inadequate crockery & cutlery in the so called kitchenette, used the toaster which caused the smoke alarm to go off, no air-con, but fans could be hired at a cost of £10 per night, rooms not serviced at all during stay

The proximity to our concert venues, the reason we visited London, we could walk everywhere we needed, including a short stroll to Paddington.

Could do with some air conditioning, or windows that stayed open.

Location was excellent, helpful staff

No air con so hard to sleep, also very thin walls so woken up by the sound of other people talking

BEDS are awful other than that pleasant stay and no aircontioning which did make it unbearablr st times.

it was convenient for the tube, close to Kensington & Hyde park, close to all amenities.

Thought the room may have been bigger with somewhere else to sit apart from the bed, as it was advertised as an apartment (was a studio).Bed was not particular comfy & more than 1 pillow would have been nice. Air con required in summer.

The hotel is very close to the underground station. The room is big with all facilities of a little kitchen so you can prepare meals in the room.

When we were there was very hot so we missed an air conditioner. The room is cleaned once a week.

central location; 3 minutes away from 2 subway stations; very new; lots of shops & restaurants around; several options of restaurants for breakfast at good prices (GBP 5 per person); reception service till midnight;

a GBP 5 charge for luggage storage per room after midday - a bit mean; towel & bed pretty so so; small room & bathroom but comfortable enough
