The tube is next to the hotel. Rooms are clean and new. Good position in London. It's the second time we come to this hotel. My first journey was excellent, but the second one isn't... : Room in level -1, facing another room (!), and the only way to have natural light is to leave your curtain open : say hello to your neighbour ! And continuous parties next to our room (yes it's "appartment/hotel") doesn't help us to sleep.. |

Convenience for london travelling The room was too hot-no air conditioning. There is no one on reception in the evening- a loud party was taking place in the room above us and there was nothing we could do about it and no one to request help from. |

checking out paid extra for a larger room, but was allocated a small room, hotel is next a youth hostel and the noise from the street from singing and music went on until 3am, inadequate crockery & cutlery in the so called kitchenette, used the toaster which caused the smoke alarm to go off, no air-con, but fans could be hired at a cost of £10 per night, rooms not serviced at all during stay |

The location was perfect, and the room facilities were exactly as expected. Was worried from reading previous reviews, but turns out there was nothing to worry about! The room was baking hot as we were staying there over the 2 hottest days of the year, but there was an adjustable freestanding fan in the room which we just directed at the bed all night which sufficed. Air conditioning in the communal areas is very necessary, we nearly melted whilst waiting for the lift. I wouldn't say the hotel was executive, the facilities were basic but very clean and in working order, but I think the price should be cheaper. I'd say they're relying on their location to justify the price. |

The proximity to our concert venues, the reason we visited London, we could walk everywhere we needed, including a short stroll to Paddington. Could do with some air conditioning, or windows that stayed open. |

the location suited us perfectly and it was clean and tidy much smaller than expected from the description - better suited to single occupancy; very hot and stuffy; bed so uncomfortable one of us slept on the floor; noise from other guests; kitchen equipment very limited. |

it was convenient for the tube, close to Kensington & Hyde park, close to all amenities. Thought the room may have been bigger with somewhere else to sit apart from the bed, as it was advertised as an apartment (was a studio).Bed was not particular comfy & more than 1 pillow would have been nice. Air con required in summer. |

Location fab, smart new build, secure, bright smart & modern. Smart new build, but not luxurious. Glasses etc were a little grubby. Road busy/noisy until around 2am due to Youth Hostels on the same street Friday night). |

The hotel is very close to the underground station. The room is big with all facilities of a little kitchen so you can prepare meals in the room. When we were there was very hot so we missed an air conditioner. The room is cleaned once a week. |

central location; 3 minutes away from 2 subway stations; very new; lots of shops & restaurants around; several options of restaurants for breakfast at good prices (GBP 5 per person); reception service till midnight; a GBP 5 charge for luggage storage per room after midday - a bit mean; towel & bed pretty so so; small room & bathroom but comfortable enough |

The appartment is amazing, minutes walk from tube and parks. We used the kitchen a lot and didn't spend money on food. we walked from there via hyde park, to bekingham palace and bigben by foot. the bed... |

I was offered a choice of ground floor, or 4th floor apartment after my booking request for a high floor, which was very kind & courteous of the receptionist. Cannot fault anything with my stay apart from there was no tea/coffee provided as is per normally the case with such accomodation! (I'm being picky really) However the location is prime near all amenities & the local Bayswater tube... Thumbs up all round! |

Staff were very polite. It was all very clean and well looked after. The temperature, there was no temperature control, and the room was way to hot, we hardly slept all week! |
