The bed was comfi and big.
We heard the neighbours having sex. They where in the room next to us, separated with a door.. We assumed the door was locked, altough we didn't try. They're bed was literally 2m away from our bed. At some point I wad scared they or other people would rob us because the locks where not save.
We liked the double room we got for my daughter and her boyfriend. We had booked a twin and a pleasant surprise. This room being one of the best we had seen in a long while. We are still talking about it.
Wi-Fi worked very well and we got fresh towels every day. The staff was nice.
The room was very small, the kitchenette was immediately next to the bed, the furniture in the room was shabby, the soap dispenser in the toilet was broken and without any soap in it, a part of the shower cabin was missing... overall impression is that for this price I expected much more
Comfortable beds. Wardrobes good.
Bathroom, kitchen, table and chairs,
bed was comfortable
The location was all right
The room var extremmely small. The cleaning was not the best eithet. In the bathroom the sink was green, and I checked, it was possible to clean with water. And the shower cabinet wad dirty as well.
The friendly staff, the location, the big bed, the private room.
Air conditioner wasn't working, no pans to cook in the kitchen, no vending machine or food facilities, internet was quite slow.
Very small room and toilet
Instead of 1triple room we got 2double ones but we were happy with them. nice clean and comfy beds
I like the location coz closed to shopping area and transportation
Room is not clean small size for a double room, bed is hard you feel like your sleeping on the floor, shower room is small square shower room size 2ft x 2ft x 2ft x 2ft...room 403 dont have AC they told us to used fan and open the window...the next day i asked for a new room and they give us room 307 nothings is new except AC is working.
Newly fitted out rooms
Hot room in the basement
As a single female traveller to be shown a ground floor room in a separate building to the hotel with a patio door to a car park is unacceptable. I questioned this and was told at least I could have some outside space! I asked to be moved and was told I had to pay more to be upgraded which I did. The second room was also shocking...hairdryer didn't work, cracked bathroom floor tiles, cigarette burns in the curtains, no cutlery even though cups, saucers, plates etc... are provided. The room felt dirty, the linen musty. The whole experience was shocking...
Room was fine, shower was lovely
People were so noisy coming in and out at night No consideration whatsoever Kind of spoiled it for me really
I like the fact that the hotel was in a very good location, very close to an array of shops and tube station.
Wasn't happy with the first room that was offered to me as it was way to small for two people and the barthroom sink was positioned almost over the toilet, having wide shoulders this was a problem for me. I complained and was able to change rooms, all was well in the end..
Location Room very clean Price
Noise outside in early hours of the morning Very cramped shower and the water alternated between hot and cold with no warning
I liked the fact that its wasnt fair from the tube, an d all the restuarants and pubs were withing distance! The staff were exerlent, polite and friendly and would.leave you to your devices.I shared a room with my friend ( and the bed was comfy as hell..
The bathroom was tight and very cramped.
The room was very comfortable, nice looking, just perfect. Very clean and newly decorated.
The service was very poor. I was standing in front of the check-in desk for quite sometime, only for me to start asking them first, Can I check in now? The room was located next door with no lift provided, whereas I had a number of huge luggage and 2 children (I was in transit for 2 nights on my way back to Trinidad from Malaysia). On the day we checked-out, the street was closed due to a carnival, and we had to bring all the luggage bit by bit to the main road where the taxi was waiting. My advise, try to avoid hotels in this area during weekend
There is no service at all
From the moment we arrived and were shown our rooms it was one big disapointment. This was my first time in London, staying 2 nights here for a treat for my husband's birthday. Our room was not in the main part and were directed out of the building and into another front door and shown our Room B.It was not as desribed on the website and to be honest could not of been further from the description on there. There were no luxury furnishings and there was no Kitchen. There was a kettle and tea/coffee on a tray but no tea spoons! The bathroom had no soap to wash your hands just the remains on the wall of the 'no more nails' where a soap dispenser once hung. A broken towel hanger, a broken shower head and you had to hold the showerhead at old time. Grubby walls, remians of a flicked bogey on the wall! 8 inch gap either side of the bed to get into it. Wrong size duvet. Noisy ill arranged room where there was another door going into the corridoor 1 foot from your head in bed and the noise from the corridoor was horrendous!! Cannot stress enough that you should stay clear of these hotel at all costs! They would not change the room either as the hotel was full!
The location. Also, good air conditioning.
Room was on the ground floor so we didn't have a window that we could see out of/open.
Had read some bad reviews since booking so was pleasantly surprised to find compact but pleasing accomodation. Suited our purposes perfectly and staff were pleasant :)
The area and the bed were good
The rooms were too small no space for anything , and the table in the room was broken.
So hyde park was a great hotel to stay at, and located close to bayswater tube. Very clean and the maid came in everyday. Overall was a great stay.
The fridge kept gathering water at the bottom
The set up of the rooms was perfect for families with older children. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our bed wasn't very comfortable but the children slept well and their beds were very comfortable. Our shower was impossible to regulate as the thermostat seemed to be broken.
Location was brilliant !!
Room was small and dated no iron, , hairdryer and lucky I wasn't a large person because the bathroom is very very small !!
