It was good that the room had a small kitchenette with prices in london to eat out pricey. The toilet didn't flush very good and air con wasn't working.

The location is excellent. The neighbourhood felt safe. The bed was nice and firm. The room was stylish and modern. All in all a really nice hotel for a reasonable price. The soundproofing was lousy. Airconditioning was really noisy and didn't work properly, the room felt cold. Sometimes the water stopped completely coming. There was a nice stove in the room but no kettles, pans etc. so cooking was impossible.

The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was beautifully furnished. Satellite TV was a plus. The location is near two Tube stops and also close to all the shops and restaurants on Queensway.

Localização do hotel, espaço do quarto, mesa de refeições bastante grande, condições óptimas para fazer refeições ligeiras. Decoração actual e agradável. Excelente tendo em conta qualidade/preço Casa de banho embora moderna demasiado pequena.Exigirem o pagamento logo no check-in. Quarto duplo era mais barato mas estava localizado no andar inferior(cave) que embora tivesse janelas tinha uma vista para as escadas que não transmitia muita segurança.

Era pulito. Niente moquette ma un parquet di legno. Mobili nuovi. Un materasso meraviglioso. L'angolino cucina attrezzato. Zona tranquilla a 10mn a piedi da una stazione metro. Negozi/banche vicino a metro. La stanza era un po' piccola. L'angolo cucina serviva da commodino e il lavabo del bagno era piccolissimo.

Personeel was vriendelijk. Tijdens ons verblijf waren er problemen met de waterleiding waardoor het hele hotel geen water had. Dit is later opgelost.
