La situació de l'hotel i la seva comunicació amb el centre és el que més m'ha agradat. Teniem dues habitacions, la doble i una triple . A la doble no s'hi podia ni entrar, no hi havia nevera i no funcionava l'aire condicionat. La finestra no es podia obrir degut al tamany reduït de l'habitatació. Hi havia auto-servei de te, però jo semblava una geisha fent el te asseguda al llit i sense siquiera poder baixar les cames. La triple, en canvi, era adequada. No cal dir que el preu de l'habitació doble per persona era molt més car. |

Instal·lacions noves. Personal molt amable. Bona ubicació. La calefacció de les habitacions no va funcionar correctament els primers dies. |

Very close to train station, clean and safe. Since we walked, the street, which is private access only, was not very clearly marked. Maybe a sign could be put on the main street. |

Some of the staff were friendly some had really an attitude problem and shouldn't be working at that hotel. The lift was having a bad smell for some strange reason. The room I was given was really uncomfortable. It was like being in a basement. When I entered the room, I had to immediately open the window as I was sneezing so much. The carpet badly needing shampoo. The shower door was too small and I am just 157 lbs 5'9". They need to make improvement on the shower. I reported to the staff at desk that my shower door wouldn't close and for more than a week I was at that hotel, they never ever bother to send someone to come fix the door. I had to hold the door and shower with one hand; otherwise, water would have run all over the bathroom. I am not sure if another guest would be willing to do that (holding the shower door) but will just leave it |

Room and bed too small for an elderlycouple who need to enter and exit bed from own side. Creahy floor.( r. 317) this was our third time staying .(Hyde hotel). |

Close to main streets, friendly staffs, value for money, facilities It was difficult to search in the suitcases due to lack of lights on the cealing? And the room was to warm so it was on the corridors |

Very convenient location - just 5 minutes from Paddington subway and railway station, where trains from Heathrow Airport are arriving at. Very close to the city centre and all sights. Perfect and welcome personnel, but very expensive costs for telephone calls. |

I had to get t Heathrow Airport early in the morning, so the close location to Paddington Station was very useful. The room was supposed to be a delux double, but it was extremely small. |

Yes, the rooms are small but i didn't book here to host a dinner party! the fixtures and bathroom and general finishes were all very high quality, location was safe and very close to the tube, for the money, in London, I was very happy with the room Don't bother with the breakfast, cafe's down the road are nicer and much better priced. |

the posibility to get into the city center and the closeness to Paddignton station. the room was quite good, clean and compfort.l the internet connection was working all day long. the window view was into someone terrace...I couldn't get the receipt in the morning, seems like they are shutting down their software during the night...(?!), and it took me 6 international phone calls to get the receipt!!! |

The fruit plate was wonderful, and ended up being my dinner because I got in so late. It was a very convenient walk from Paddington station, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again because I'm forever needing a place by Paddington to catch the Heathrow Express early in the morning. |

Price was great, location is great Check-in was slow, but mostly because Booking.com didn't communicate the booking after about 6 hours of making the reservation.Rooms are MICROSCOPICALLY SMALL! kept having to move things around to move and to work. |

Whilst the room was a single there was not enough room too walk around the bed and even though I turned the heating down/air con up it was still far too hot |

Traveling for business, I have come to appreciate the relentless conformity of the big chain hotels. But this stay was for a few days sightseeing(with my mom) after the work was done, so we were looking for charm on a budget-- and we found it. The room was actually a bit larger than I had expected, and perfectly pleasant. The staff were helpful & friendly - especially Brian the concierge - and the location was just right. Surprisingly quiet for as close to Paddington station as it is. |
