the room was extreamly comfortable , the staff wre freindly, facilities such as free internest was a bonus we had trouble getting cold water to come out of the cold tap |

The hotel had a problem with my room and wanted to transfer me to another hotel (providing a taxi) but I'd chosen it for its location (it really is 2 mins from Paddington). Staff were excellent at getting me a room upgrade instead. |

Close to Paddington station The fire alarm went off in the morning when we were still in bed.everyone evacuated for the alarm .Turns out all they could say is a false alarm . |

Decor and cleanliness Two of the rooms booked were tiny and difficult to use. Luckily it was only single occupancy in each double room otherwise it would have been impossible. |

convenience to where we wanted to get to The room was far too small for a double room. The cold water was hot and when I complained was told to run it for 10 minutes(not good). We had to request complimentary water. Room was cleaned and changed before our check-out as we went out for breakfast. |

the room was outrageously small upon arrival - it was supposed to be a double deluxe. i asked to change rooms & the staff were very helpful and polite. very nice. i think though 4 star rating is excessive - it's very cramped. staff were excellent though, smiley and chatty. |
