Very clean room and excellent location. The front desk staff was rude. We witnessed 5 different groups of customers arguing with the front desk staff (including us). |

The residential location, and proximity to Paddington station, were pretty good. I would stay there again. The staff were relatively unfriendly and unhelpful. It took about 20 mins for us to get our luggage back from storage, despite mentioning that we were in a rush to get to the airport |

I liked the location of this hotel it was very close to the train and tube. The room was extremely small, My husband is 6'2" tall and the height of the shower he only had 2-3 inches of clearance between his head and the ceiling. You could not have the bathroom door opened and get to where you could open the front door. |

The staff were friendly. The room was clean. Close to Heathrow express. The room was aboslutely tiny with barely enough space to turn around. The flat screen television whicn was advertised on the web site as being satellite, was not. It had an internal aerial which had to be asdjusted by hand and resulted in very poor reception. When I asked about room service I was told only snacks could be served,or I could use one of the restaurants nearby. Again contradicting the web information. The internet in the room did not work. Finally, the noise from the reception area throughout the night was terrible, the room I was given being on the ground floor. The web description of this hotel is totally misleading. No where near being 4 star. |

The location was great. I really enjoyed the Bayswater/Paddington location. Basically the room was attractive and very clean. My room was a "double" closet size in the basement with a window on a stairwell. It was dark, but quiet. This was an upgrade, I'd hate to see the regular. The cold water ran very hot for a long period before getting cold, the internet was unpredictable. The room was cramped, but well designed. The breakfast was not worth the 12 pounds. |

The bed was so close wall to wall I could not get to the wardrobe because of the television on the wall. Not worth the money. |

Room was comfortable and quiet, I didn't really use any of the facilities as it was a short stay so I cannot comment on food or other features. The internet didn't work. |

Convenient location for Paddington/Heathrow. Good quality decors and fittings. Extremely small room. Heating did not work and, on request, staff claimed to have done something to fix it but didn't actually do anything and it continued to not work. |

The location. It was closed to all areas I would like to see. I could not sleep well, due to noising outside my room. |

Location was very easy to get in & out of Paddington for an overnight trip. The woman at the front desk gave us a reference to a fantastic place for dinner - we'll be going back there! The room was tiny. Tiny. When you opened the door, it opened onto stairs - no landing. These were curved steps so they weren't even full size steps. Very difficult with luggage - not that there is room for luggage. My husband and I had only 2 carry on bags and we had to keep tripping on them. Getting dressed was an interesting experience. I've never felt so cramped. However, the decor was nice and the shower had good pressure. |

Very pleasant good service and excellent location. First night room in basement against booking was compensate by free breakfast and polite behaviour. Rooms clean and recently refurbished. Breakfast was ok but it could variate a little. Good value for money when price was half of the normal price. Rooms were very small, but we expected that. Basement rooms can't be recommented except in case of emergency. |

The hotel seemed overbooked and could not initially find our booking, and then suggested splitting the group and sending some of us to another hotel. The staff were rude and very unhelpful at check in. |
