Staff where friendly and very recpetive.

I had to walk from the actually hotel i booked to a different hotel. I was also unhappy with the price of parking.

hotel was clean. breakfast was good.

we thought our room was too small for 2 adults and child. didn't really like being in basement room as very close to the fire escape which was being used every morning by cleaners.

It was clean and staff is friendly

The price initially but by 23 00 I understood why it was so inexpensive.

My room 019 was tiny, so small I put all my things on the floor due to lack of a clear surface. The curtains didn't meet and it is ground floor. The hotel air con. Units are directly outside the room windows. I was unable to sleep due to their noise. At 23 30 I complained at reception and at midnight was advised I could move to 417 (no help from staff). Other than a "sorry" nothing. My nights sleep was ruined as was the following day due to lack of sleep.

the wardrobe- you have to move the bed for standing and hanging the clothes. No hook in the room for hanging clothes.

Nice cozy hotel. Staff are very helpful. Perfect location. Would book again next time to London.

Problems with safe (locked before I arrived) and television. Both faults reported by 6.30pm but no action before I left the following morning nor any feedback

Great room with comfortable beds. Clean and appetising, I will be going back to this hotel.

Lack of WiFi in the rooms

Maze like corridors, had to use lift to go one floor because couldn't find stairs. Bigger/better fire directions required.

I liked the position of the Hotel, easy access. It was clean, and the staff polite.

We booked two twin rooms. My husband was sharing a room with my 19 year old son who is not well. He had changed his medication and needed to be watched in case he had a seizure. When we arrived we were told there were no twin rooms left and we all had single rooms. It was eventually sorted out but only after persistent telephoning. We arrived back late on the first evening to find they hadn't sorted the room properly expecting my 19 year old to share a bed with his dad, not on. Notice would have been better so we could plan for this which would have made it less stressful.

Microwave in room. Bathroom. Room service. Cleanliness. Bottles water.

Beds sagging in middle, too soft, seemed old. Wardrobe rail. Not enough ceiling light. Air conditioner poor.

The staff was excellent and very helpful.

Very close to Paddington station which has a non stop train to Heathrow airport. Brand new furniture. Friendly staff.

Location was good

The room was extremely small for a 'deluxe' room. It was a basement room with a small window that wouldn't open and had air condition units right outside it. We were awoken by workmen using hammers before 9am on the Sunday morning.

Good location, close to stations, pubs, restaurants and Hyde Park. The second room we got was comfortable and clean.

On our first night we were given a tiny room in the basement next to the hotel bar / restaurant and computers. It was very noisy and cramped, so we complained the next morning and got another room on the fifth floor which was so much better. Thanks to the staff for promptly fixing the problem.

smelly drain in bathroom with no plug we were given a plug to have a bath then we realised why there was no plug the smell then became apparent the next morning

I Liked the staff very helpful and friendly. The Hotel was very well situated to the Paddington Trains and underground.It was also quiet not alot of noise.

I did feel for the price of room that having to pay breakfast on top of room price was a bit steep considering other Hotels in the area supplied breakfast for similar price.
