Shaftesbury Premier London Paddington

Siisti ja sijainti oli oikein hyvä. Henkilökunta oli välillä hieman outoa ja töksäyttelivät mitä suustaan sattu! Oma huoneeni oli ok ja vastasi nettisivujen kuvia!

Sihteerini sai huoneen, joka oli niin pieni, ettei matkalaukkua saanut edes avattua muualla kuin sängyn päällä... Erittäin ahdas - ei vastaa ollenkaan nettisivuila oleviin kuviin 1hh! Huoneessa pystyi istumaan vain sängyn päälää - aivan liian pieni

Kylpyhuone

Jääkylmä! Ja vaikka valitin niin lisälämmittimen sai vasta 2 vrk:n kuluttua!!! Monta ihmistä kävi ihmettelemässä lämpötilaa ja nyt olen sairas! Huoneen vaihtaminen 3 hh:sta 2 hh:een ei onnistunut koska olin tehnyt varauksen booking comin kautta... Maksettiin siis turhasta.

Perusasiat olivat todella hyvin hoidettu.

Aamupala oli maksullinen 12£.

Hotelli oli siisti, asiakaspalvelu ystävällistä ja hyvää, hotelli sijaitsi mukavan matkan päässä esimerkiksi Paddingtonin asemalta.

Huoneemme oli Receptionin alapuolella, joten yöaikaan vastaanotossa työskentelevien askeleet kuuluivat (varsinkin korkokenkien kopse) aika häiritsevästi (puulattiat, napakat askeleet ja kopisevat korot eivät ole hyvä yhdistelmä yöaikaan!)

The room was tiny and I thought over-priced. Also, I was told upon arriving that I would have to transfer to another hotel iin Kensington when my only reason for being there was becasue I had an early flight and needed the Heathrow Express (I live in South London)

The hotel is only one block from Paddington Station. It is located in a converted building of a certain age. As such, floors in passageways are uneven. This is not unusual for buildings of this age.

The plumbing in our room (sink drains and such) needed some maintenance. Not serious, but they could pay better attention to these things.

Room was a bit dark and couldn't watch TV in bed

I stayed on business travel purpose but a table in room is quite small to do PC with opened document.

Quality of towel is low (seems worn-out towel)

The lovely room

Was pretty average but what you'd expect for london, do not pay any more than 90quid for a standard double cos thats all they are worth.

Most of all I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. I also liked the convenience of the location near transportation. It was a pleasant experience because the staff were accommodating and very professional. I would have no problem staying this hotel again if I need to.

One of the room we booked was too small and no room for the luggages.

The location of the hotel was perfect arriving from Heathrow and taking the express into Paddington station

the triple room was inappropriately named - a booking for three adults and a triple room resulted in a room with twin beds and a pull out sofa! Very poor and not as expected.
