*Rooms are very clean. Befits it's four stars status. It Looks like the
hotel has been recently renovated. Tea and coffee inside room is
refilled daily. Clothes Iron and Ironing table inside room at all times.
Squeeky clean bathroom that is cleaned daily. Fresh towels replaced
daily. 2 minutes walk from Paddington station, and 10minutes walk from
Edgware road for hallal food seekers.

Reception staff were not as freindly as you'd expect from a 4 star
hotel. Alot of them were clueless in some aspects of their jobs. No Air
conditioning in the room which makes the room unbearable in summer.
Asked for a fan, none to be found. Single Room was somewhat small (but
that was expectable in london!)

Air con was not in service..fans were provided though were not that effective during hot humid weather. Also ensuite was rather cramped though beautifully finished.
