Jo közlekesési összeköttetés a belváros fele.Tiszta,rendesen felszerelt, tágas szobák,kényelmes ágy,meleg ágynemü..Korrekt,udvarias személyzet.

Felháboritan hangos légkondicionáló,ami az ablaknyitást lehetetlenné teszi.Az alagsori szobában,folyosón büdös van,ablaknyitás kizárt.Külön kérésre sikerült feljebb kerülnünk,de az ár méltánytalanul azonos a fenti szobákéival.

Közel volt a belvároshoz, a hotel munkatársai nagyon kedvesek voltak. A szoba tiszta, szépen felszerelt, a fürdőszoba is kényelmes, dizájnos. A szállás elhagyása után (12 óra) is biztonságos helyen lehet hagyni a bőröndöket, ha esetleg valaki késői géppel megy haza.

Szép, tágas, jól felszerelt, tiszta szoba. Udvarias, segítőkész személyzet. A hotel jól megközelíthető, kiváló a tömegközlekedése, ezzel együtt csendes helyen van, a közelben rengeteg étteremmel.

Nem egyértelmű, hogy a reggeli ára nem tartozik a szobaárba. Egy négycsillagos hotelnél ezért az árért ezt elvárja az ember.

Jó megközelíthetőség. Tisztaság. Személyzet kedves. Be- és kijelentkezés gördülékeny.

A szoba bár igényesen berendezett és tiszta, de túlságosan pici - 2 személyes, de csak 1 szék fért bele, a másik egy összecsukható. Ez a szoba ott tartózkodásra alkalmatlan, alvásra kiváló. A szoba méreteihez képest a fürdőszoba meglepően kényelmes. A honlapon nem említik, de bejelentkezéskor depozitot kérnek (10%).

Very close to train station, clean and safe.

Since we walked, the street, which is private access only, was not very clearly marked. Maybe a sign could be put on the main street.

Some of the staff were friendly some had really an attitude problem and shouldn't be working at that hotel.

The lift was having a bad smell for some strange reason. The room I was given was really uncomfortable. It was like being in a basement. When I entered the room, I had to immediately open the window as I was sneezing so much. The carpet badly needing shampoo. The shower door was too small and I am just 157 lbs 5'9". They need to make improvement on the shower. I reported to the staff at desk that my shower door wouldn't close and for more than a week I was at that hotel, they never ever bother to send someone to come fix the door. I had to hold the door and shower with one hand; otherwise, water would have run all over the bathroom. I am not sure if another guest would be willing to do that (holding the shower door) but will just leave it

Close to main streets, friendly staffs, value for money, facilities

It was difficult to search in the suitcases due to lack of lights on the cealing? And the room was to warm so it was on the corridors

Worst experience with Internet booking and value for money! The rooms are extremely small and not comfortable.

I had to get t Heathrow Airport early in the morning, so the close location to Paddington Station was very useful.

The room was supposed to be a delux double, but it was extremely small.

Yes, the rooms are small but i didn't book here to host a dinner party! the fixtures and bathroom and general finishes were all very high quality, location was safe and very close to the tube, for the money, in London, I was very happy with the room

Don't bother with the breakfast, cafe's down the road are nicer and much better priced.

the posibility to get into the city center and the closeness to Paddignton station. the room was quite good, clean and compfort.l the internet connection was working all day long.

the window view was into someone terrace...I couldn't get the receipt in the morning, seems like they are shutting down their software during the night...(?!), and it took me 6 international phone calls to get the receipt!!!

The fruit plate was wonderful, and ended up being my dinner because I got in so late. It was a very convenient walk from Paddington station, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again because I'm forever needing a place by Paddington to catch the Heathrow Express early in the morning.
