Grei adkomst. Rent og ordentlig Aircondition fungerte ikke. Vi var tre som skulle dele ro, og rommet var for lite til 3 personer. Den ene måtte ligge på sofaer som var alt for kort. Egner seg ikke for tre voksne. Ingen steder å sette koffertene. Kjøleskapet var varmt. |

The breakfast was good, the rooms were small (as they always are in London), but nice, clean and comfortable. I even got fresh flowers in my room everyday, and waterbottles. I had a small "terrace", but had no water in the shower (I ended up washing my hair in the sink), which is normal in London-either you have no hot water or no water at all, and the AC didn't work. |

Close to Paddington Station Room very small, mine was supposed to be a double room. Bathroom so small it was difficult to get in it. |

location yes. The room I booked - twin deluxe - was not available on arrival. It took me 45 minutes to check in, because staff could not find my booking, and proceeded to argue in front of me. Very embarrasing. |

I can tell ya what I did not like.. we pay for two double rooms and they gave us a family room with two double beds which was fair but the air conditioner was not working so it was boiling in the room.. even when we had the window wide open and a fan.. apart from that the room was quite nice.. but it was a shame |

The service, facilities + location The room was very hot, the reasons for which were explained to me. Not a problem for me but would be, I imagine, for some. Also I had some work to do and found the limitd desk space and overrall level of room lighting made this difficult. However, again wasn't a major problem for me. |

The front desk staff were very helpful and our room was nicely decorated. The room was really small and extremely hot to stay in especially during the night even with our window wide open it was still too hot and very uncomfortable to sleep in, we were also woken by maid service at 9am coming into our room to clean it even though our check out wasnt until 12 , i wouldnt stay at this hotel again in the future. |

We loved the location, so close to the express train and the tube. Lots of convient stores nearby, and we liked the tree lined streets. The room was spacious, the bathroom was nice. The bed seemed worn, the mattress was sagging. |
