Location. 5-10 minute walk to Paddington station. the "double" room was very small, the bed took up 95% of available floor space. Dissapointing considering the cost. |

Convenience to Paddington Station Rooms very small - The double room I was in should, in my opinion only be a single room - There was only about 1 foot/30 cm between the side of the bed and the walls of the room and about 2.5 feet/75 cm at the end of the bed. I would not be happy to stay in this room for more than one night. |

Its location. The room was extremely small. It had barely enough room for the small double bed. There was no room to move. The sheets were dirty. The TV remote was missing. The air conditioning was not working, apart from a free standing unit that took up all of the remaining floorspace. The windows were single glazed and hence the noise from outsdie kept us awake. It was definitely not 'delux'. |

nothing Reception staff unnowlwdgable regarding directions, reception staff arguing and bacstabbing(verbal) other staff members, one female staff member completely unapproacable to the extent of being aggressive. One could not have provided a worst case scenario for front of house. The room was so small, had I have known I would have spent extra to stay elsewhere. |

The location was good and not far from shops etc. Breakfast was extra and charged at £12. The room was too warm. |

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Close to Paddington British Rail with easy access to Underground. Useful for one-day (or two) visits from the South-West England. Breakfast expensive. Warm night with no aircon or fan. Reservations staff poor-told me the hotel was booked up despite available rooms on the internet (unless this is an allocation issue). Rooms quite small but just right for a short stay. |

Very helpful and polite staff, they specifically choose a larger room for us as we had our baby daughter with us - top marks for service Air conditioning was broken in the whole hotel and due to a heat wave at the time of our stay, it was stifling in our room |
