A very conveniently situated hotel, whatever you want to do in London, easy to get to whether using bus or tube, and comfortable enough for a short city break. Room & bathroom a bit on the small side but not a major issue |

The location of the hotel could not have been better. It was a 2 mins walk from the bayswater tube station. The staff were lovely and very helpful especially the lady who checked us in. We were upgraded to a triple room for the same price of a twin which gave us extra room to store our shopping bags!! The hotel was very helpful when it came to storing our luggage before and after checkout. The room was on the small side, and since we were upgraded to a larger one I'd say the twin room must have been tiny! The bathroom was incredibly small also. This is only a minor detail though as most city hotels, especially in London are quite small. |

Location is great, lobby, pub and resturant were nice. We had a room on the bottom floor which was very cramped and dank. I hear the upper floors are better. |

Clean linen and the daily facilities of tea or coffee making in my room. The labyrinth of stairways, the unchanging dinner menu and the shower was scalding hot. |

The staff where helpful and nice. Rooms from the 1 floor and up are nice, only with very small bathrooms. All the rooms at lower ground should be closed! The rooms where dark, old, dirty, my bed was broken and we could not even open the window! Lucky we only had to stay "down there" for one night! |

Speaking about hotelrooms: There are suites, superior rooms, standard rooms and showbox-sized rooms. I got the last category. Been to many hotels all around the world. This was the smallest room so far!! It did not help that it was situated in the basement. |

The staff were all very pleasant and corteous. It was very convenient for transport. The room needed some decor upgrade, the blind was broken too. The main course of the meal was dried up and lacking flavour, but the soup was good. |

It is better to say nothing. First of all, because of over booking they moved us to another hotel and we stay in that hotel for two nights and then they moved us back to the Hyde Park Towers Hotel again. The staff in Hyde Park Towers Hotel were not service in minded. |

Free wi-fi in the rooms; the attitude of the staff (they even remember you after 3 months which I found rather pleasant); beds are very comfortable and the sheets and towels are very clean. The single rooms are on the ground and underground floors therefore there is noise and shaking when a tube train passes. Also the single rooms are incredibly small so not a good option for stays that are longer than a night. I also stayed in one of the twin rooms which are located at the upper floors; they are far more spacious and comfortable. |

Central location. Filthy and very old carpet in the room. Furniture was used up. Rooms were very small. Bathrooms were so small that we had to leave the door open all the time. Squeaking floor in room and also could hear from next rooms and from corridor. In one sentence: The hotel was in bad need of repair and charged too much money for too little value. |

This partly refurbished Victorian hotel is in central London, 5 minutes’ walk from Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and Bayswater / Queensway London Underground stations. |
Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
In a quiet square in the heart of Bayswater, the Shaftesbury offers contemporary 4-star guest accommodation, close to Queensway, Hyde Park and Notting Hill, with easy access to all of London. |
The Pembridge Palace Hotel is centrally located in walking distance from Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall, and other famous landmarks. |
