Os funcionários do hotel foram extremamente educados. Por favor, melhorar com urgência a pressão da água dos chuveiros. O tamanho do chuveiro é mínimo. |

Convenient location, safe area, plenty of restaurants They did not try and accomodate me on staying extra time. I would have liked to have stayed more, but they did not care and made little effort to try and accomodate someone already there. |

comfortable beds and helpful staff. Fantastic location for two tube stations on two different lines. Good cooked breakfast. The first room I was given was in the basement, and was incredibly noisy, being near the linen store and opposite the lift. Smelled of stale tobacco (and there was an ashtray in the room). I couldn't open the window as the security risk would have been too great (no bars on window to prevent anyone coming in in the night). Incredibly noisy and no sleep all night. Second night I moved rooms. |

I liked so much this hotel because is just in front Bayswater Subway Station. The hotel has a very good location, is nice and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is good and has good price. The bedroom is comfortable and clean. I recommend this hotel. |

Magda and reception staff all very friendly, helpful and courteous, as were the restaurant staff. Night porter in particular was very helpful and handled the more difficult guests (those who were drunk and rowdy) very professionally. The carpets in both my rooms were rather dirty and there was a lot of litter in the area outside the bedroom window of my first room. |

there is no aircondition in the room and one room you can;'t change the air in it ,othe room there was 3 windows on it fresh air all the time it better if you could open the window biger than now and they mus tell us in the reservation that there are no aircondition |

Breakfast was excelent!! It was not included, but it was worth some additional little payment. The room was clean but it`s toooo small. The floor was noisy. |

Access to parts of the city it is right in the middle of London; you can reach each part of the city easily. The room is really small. Smaller than I could imagine there was suppose to be free access to internet but the internet did not work during the 4 days of my stay |
