Hotellet var centralt beläget. Frukosten var utmärkt. När vi anlände fick vi ett mycket litet rum med utsikt mot en innegård där en fläkt förde mycket oväsen. Även ljud från tunnelbanan störde. Vi klagade och fick den upplysningen att hotellet var fullbelagt. Vi skulle få ett bättre rum nästföljande två nätter, vilket vi fick. |

Hotellets geografiska läge passade mig perfekt, personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummet jag hade var med fönster inåt gården och fanns där en fläktanordning som väsnades och störde rätt så mycket. |

Centralt läge, nära till buss o tunnelbana. Tyst o lugnt - trots närheten till Queensway-. Tillmötesgående personal. Att dom inte hittade vår bokning - miss i kommunikationen mellan Booking.com och hotellet?!? Som tur var kunde de så småningom få fram ett rum åt oss. Kunde ha slutat illa... man måste nog ringa innan o dubbelkolla att hotellet har fått bokningen. |

comfortable beds and helpful staff. Fantastic location for two tube stations on two different lines. Good cooked breakfast. The first room I was given was in the basement, and was incredibly noisy, being near the linen store and opposite the lift. Smelled of stale tobacco (and there was an ashtray in the room). I couldn't open the window as the security risk would have been too great (no bars on window to prevent anyone coming in in the night). Incredibly noisy and no sleep all night. Second night I moved rooms. |

I liked so much this hotel because is just in front Bayswater Subway Station. The hotel has a very good location, is nice and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is good and has good price. The bedroom is comfortable and clean. I recommend this hotel. |
