It was a very low budget hotel so not sure why they are showing three stars. Everything about it from our point of view was awful and we had to check out after a couple of hours and find a alternative hotel. You really need to seriously consider how you are promoting this hotel on your site as it is misleading.

The owners do not seem to grasp the basics of running a hotel like no cutlery at breakfast time no proper cooked food I got an egg on saturday i did get more on sunday but it came in bits and the hash brown was not cooked. The room needed decorating wallpaper was lose. A window catch was broken.

It was near the train station I stayed for 4 days, they only cleaned the room on the first day. The continental breakfast (which was not complementary) was underwhelming.

Dirty in general with mould growing in the corner of the room and wallpaper falling off the roof. Hollow/thin walls and can hear everything in the hotel. Waste of money Unprofessional Should be reported trading standards, building inspectors and watchdog. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews until after I booked. I thought the hotel was ok and would stay again. Asked for a single, but was given room 47, a twin on the 1st floor. Clean sheets on the bed, the room and ensuite were clean, but carpet not brilliant (I don't think much of hotel bedroom carpets anyway). Shower worked fine. Flatscreen tv worked as expected . Room nice and warm - the oil radiator had been switched on before I arrived. Breakfast basic but acceptable (apart from the ghastly coffee which is apparently Nescafe, and the same unpleasant taste as I had in a Pisa hotel last year ... better to provide hot water and a jar of instant coffee).

Staff very friendly and helpful with directions and information. We booked a twin room, but were given a larger room at no extra cost. The room had tea making facilities and despite being a large room with high ceilings was comfortably warm. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel was very convenient for Coventry railway station and Warwick University bus stop. Plenty of parking. Our bathroom had no heating and it took 10 minutes to get the shower working. The bar didn't serve any snacks, even crisps would have been nice. Buffet breakfast was very limited. Decoration a bit tatty.

The 2 staff I encountered there were very friendly and are always giving personalised services. They make you feel at home and assured. Both of them are excellent but the one called Shahid is a great asset to the hotel any day! He is really a gem of a person with very likeable personality and always ready to serve you in every capacity! Well done Shahid. The hotel needs to hire more hands to bring services to the next level.

the settee and chair has numerous stains, didnt even want to sit on them. there is no heating so someone came and turned on a heater whilst I was out. these heaters should not be left unattended so I was lucky that my room wasnt on fire. the black out blind didnt fill the window so there was a line of light in the room throughout the night. No hot or even warm water came out of the shower at sll. I told the staff and he just said thnak you have a good day. I was dirtyu and unrested so I dindt have a good day.

close to the railway station and center of town hotel ideal for low budget back packers / students only no greeting on arrival, staff had poor english, was not made to feel welcome room ok but facilities in the room were of poor quality kettle was unclean and the radio fell away from its mounting as not fixed hotel displays 3 stars - definately does not warrant a 3 star rating

It was very very cheap and I was actually pleasantly suprised when I got there. After reading other peoples reviews I was kind of expecting the worst but I went with my partner and my sister and her partner we had 2 double rooms with clean bathrooms, kettles and a decent tv. Staff were friendly and were willing to go the extra mile which made a real difference to our weekend. Would definatly stay again. You could tell it was 3 star, it could seriously do with a womans touch, the wallpaper had me crying with laughter every single peice was peeling in the corners but tbh this didnt matter at all to us, we just wanted somewhere cheap that did the job and it really was no where near as bad as people said in their reviews.

The tv in the room and the powere shower The cleanliness left alot to be deisred, stained walls, dirty cups with the kettle, black scum in the bath to name but a few things, certiainly not disabled friendly unless you class the missing outer front door as friendly giving a wide access point.

The shower and the TV were the good points. The lack of cleanliness, state of the rooms, black scum in the bath, towel rail falling off the wall, stairlift not working for disabled people.

Near to the station and bus stops - quiet at night - friendly staff in calling a taxi and settling account. It seemed as if more money needed to be spent on the hotel and some of the elecrtical items did not work

Hotel reception staff were very helpful when I complained about the facilities in the room I was given First room had hold around the bath and not plugs for either the sink of the bath. The shower head was taped up and bunged up so didn't work properly, so struggled to have either a decent shower or wash. The second room I was given was better, the shower worked at least and there were plugs for the sink and bath, but the extractor fan didn't work and neither did a couple of the light fixings. Non of the radiators throughout the hotel seemed to work as the 2 rooms I had both had damaged portable heaters.

The hotel is very poor. There is a grubby area immediately adjacent to the entrance where people smoke and it is covered in cigarette butts all over the ground. This is your first impression of the hotel. We paid extra for an executive room for two nights which was large but very jaded, with curtains hanging off the rail in places. The heating in the room did not work properly. The beds had one under sheet laid directly on the mattress, with no mattress cover. The toilet bowl was a nasty brown colour as it hadn't been cleaned properly. I even managed to clean it up a bit with the brush myself! The bed was made after the first night's stay but none of the cups used were washed. The breakfast (although complimentary) was terrible - we were presented with a cooked breakfast on a plate, covered in cling film. It was obviously cooked some time before as it was completely cold. The people running the hotel are pleasant enough but have no idea about standards of cleanliness, etc. It is a terrible place.
