Well-supplied, new, contemporary
Tiny shared bathroom
cleanliness, tea facilities, big kitchen
very small room, cold in the room and bathroom, it was hard to find rooms, far from center, bed is not comfortable, value for money
The facilities was clean and welcoming. An ideal so poverty for a family or group of friends.
It was very clean, fully refurbished. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a quiet area. I was the only guest, so it was quiet in the building too. I could use the a/c for heating. Wifi worked very well.
The area seemed a bit dodgy, I didn't feel safe by myself.
Quiet location and quite private as only a few rooms in building.
On street parking a bit of a lottery as everyone has a vehicle and it's only a small close.
I arrived from a long train trip, really tired and expected a not so nice place as the rate was extremely cheap. What a nice surprise, clean welcoming and friendly accommodation.
Residents lounge was ok. Shared bath room had excellent shower. Fridge in room was a nice touch.
This property is in the middle of a council estate, trips out to the shop are not for the light hearted.
Modern interior Immaculately clean and fresh Excellent kitchen facilities Fridge in the room Free wifi
Location is quite way out however to get to the underground is very easy. Towels were never changed for us during the whole week we stayed. The notes provided said we could use the garden however we had no idea how to get to it. No worries though as we were out everyday. Warning the bathroom is tight but the shower is really good.
Very clean and spacious, nice and modern.
We were at the top and the stairs were very steep with no handrail. En suite would have been more convenient. But it was very good value
Ratio of price vs. the quality is excellent.
general: restricted spaces
The place is clean, has TV, fridge, blow dryer is each room. I had single room first, it is so tiny it is rediculous. Triple room is nearly the same price and is much better. Towels are provided. Think this is a best budget accommodation without going for a dorm. Free WiFi.
A little too far from the city, it is 25 min on train to Liverpool street. I found customer service to be dismal. I needed to extend my stay, asked them on Sat, reply I'll check and let you know asap, nothing on Sat, I'm chasing them on Sunday, finding out from the cleaning lady on Monday that my room is booked. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Way too high up for children and my pregnant woman
very clean, quiet, comfortable, every facility, free parking, obliging owner (facilitated early registration)
longish walk to nearest station, limited headroom in attic room
Sharing the toilet with stranger
if it is possible to bring the fee a bit down
Easy 5-10 min walk to Silver Street station, from there it's easy to get into Liverpool St Station and onto the Underground. There is a Lidl supermarket near Silver Street station. Room, kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean and everything worked. Had all we needed. Maggie is friendly, helpful and a good communicator. Other reviewers have written about the surrounding area being rough, well, we weren't out after dark but I found the local people were just fine.
Quite area close to train station with good access to the center of London. Very clean accommodation.
Bed was in poor condition. Too heavy fake perfume smell in the corridors.
The location was close to the event I was attending. Room was clean. and warm, I would stay again.
No iron available. No milk in room, although tea, coffee and sugar provided.
-everywhere absolutely clean and tidy; -Room 3 has a window with an excellent view outside
- no shelves for the toiletries in the shower
Clean and modern, reasonable price.
Poor area, difficult to find a restaurant / Pub to eat out. Only junk food available.
the room was lovely and the whole place was very clean and finished to a high standard. It is just a normal terrace house that has been transfered to a b&b with no visable sign that it is a b&b (no sign) but the residential area is very quiet. 10 min walk to the train station. Will definitely stay there again!
No reception which was a little inconvenient as a friend that was coming later then had no way of getting the room key to drop her bags off and the woman who greeted us wasn't willing to come back to greet her. Not a major issue, just had a knock on affect to our plans that day, causing us to miss a reservation elsewhere.
Close to city and trains. Good shopps near by
Bathroom a tad small. But still done its purpose
Good size rooms, good location
The kitchen was awesome
I stated in my reservation that I needed a twin room (two beds) and asked to be told if they only had double rooms (one big bed). They didn't say anything, but when I arrived I found out that it was a double room. I emailed the administrators to complain, but they didn't give me any solution. Apart from that, it's far from London central. Not reccomendable.
